If there were a Hall of Fame for servers, our server at Norms would already have a lifetime achievement award. From the moment we sat down, they treated us like VIPs at a five-star restaurant instead of a late-night diner. Their energy was incredible—friendly, attentive, and somehow always appearing right when we needed something like a mind reader with a coffee pot.

NORMS is great! I got the steak and eggs and vegetables. The basics are amazing. The service was frequent and friendly. It was a perfect spot to have a nice conversation and meal with my friend before heading to work.

We went early before it was crowded, french toast was cooked only from one side, liver plate was missing bacon, pancakes for the steak didn't arrive, we asked for jelly and were told we had syrup already. Not impressed by this location
