Since when did the chili cheese dogs get smaller? They are half the size of what I remember for $9 is a ripoff. But the chili is good.

The last thing I was expecting when I placed my order was to see one of the employees handle the hamburger buns, wearing the same gloves he used to take out the trash from the kitchen. Paying $35 for two meals and these guys getting their $20/hour, this shouldn't be happening. And the chilli was definitely not fresh. Still tasted good but def a day old.

So bad. I have gone 4 times in 2024, in the one in Pico Rivera. Service is bad and they get my food wrong! And when I say it's the special from IG, they still try to charge me regular. And when I ask to speak to the manager, one of the people working there says it's him. The young girl there always gets it wrong and the food is cold as I get it. I got a single cheese burger when it was supposed to be a double. The classic had no lettuce. If I wanted some I had to pay extra . That's why I stopped going. And when I send a complain I get no answer

I ordered two number #1 combos spend $30+ bucks ended up with little to no fries and the chili was dry as durt. Definitely not going here again. So disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else. Go to the original in Rampart Blvd in LA.

This tommys never gets the order right. You would think for it being that expensive they would at least be accurate. The last two visits to this place they are 0-2. I would 100% avoid this place if you see more than one person in line in front of you because you will for sure get the incorrect order.

I went thru drive-thru, and it took almost 25 minutes to get 2 chili-burgers with extra mustard and extra onions. I got home, and they skimped on the chili and no extra nothing. Ridiculous! ☹️

This place is classic. It hasn't changed in all my years of visiting since the 1990's, well the prices definitely have. But the fries have stayed the same. The chili has changed a bit. It's still good. It just isn't as tasty and greasy as it used to be before all the laws banning trans-fats. LoL. The original burgers are still good but I'm not a fan of their newer burgers on the menu or the thicker patties you can get in some. Years ago they used to have bigger hot dogs and they've definitely shrunk over the decades but they're still tasty. I always get a side order of pickles with burgers and dogs. If you like spicy definitely get extra chili's. I'm not a fan of sitting in the patio area since your in the middle of the parking lot and drive thru so you're getting bombarded with warm exhaust fumes constantly if you're there while it's busy. So I recommend getting your food to go or parking and staying in your car with the ac on.

The food is amazing, best to limit how many times my family and I visit but when we make it to eat, it most definitely hits the spot. Shout out to the employees working 10/7 in the evening, great vibes and fantastic hospitality.

Tried to charge me $80 for 4 #1 she said there’s no combo and she needed to charge me separately for each thing that’s so absurd if we wouldn’t have been paying attention they would’ve gotten away with extra money
