The beef is tender. And the vegetable is beautiful. They are made by Chinese cooking skills!!! I like Panda Express, but at a lot of places, the beef is hard and vegetable is dry without any oil.

Very rude employees, an older lady was ordering and was unable to speak English. The employee helping her spoke to her to not use hand signals to pick out her food options and stated for the lady to speak English. It is a dinner rush but management should reprimand their employees to be kind.

Very friendly customer service. The food was not ready after I paid for it. I had to wait a long time. When I got the food, they forgot to give me 2 spring rolls, only gave me one. They did not give me sweet-and-sour sauce or teriyaki sauce to go with the Teriyaki chicken. The cashier was very gracious and gave me a gift card for compensation. Thank you very much.

Ordered online: just Know that if they mess up on your meal, and you call to complain that you received the wrong item, plate or order they may or may not write your name down for a refund of same plate. My experience, they messed up on my son’s plate we purchased for a field trip. (Not looking until next morning) it was a completely wrong order! I immediately called that morning, the manager “wrote “ my name down and said to come back for refund or any plate on a future date. Well… today, I went to pick up my “refund plate” and no one wrote anything down. With proof of receipt in hand that I ordered and what was wrong. Still didn’t refund me because the policy is write a name down on a note pad. Absolutely ridiculous! Do better panda! Manager Karina was useless!
