I'M NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY USED TO BE GREAT!
FRESH TOPPINGS, PLENTY OF CHEESE AND PERFECT SAUCE AND I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS.
BUT NOW THE PIZZA SUCKS!! THE PEPPERONI TASTED FUNNY, HARDLY ANY CHEESE ON ONE OF THE PIZZAS THAT HAD A VERY SKIMPY AMOUNT OF TOPPINGS AND FOR SOME REASON BOTH PIZZAS HAD AN UNUSUAL TASTE.
TYPICALLY I CAN TASTE EACH TOPPING AND THEY WERE ALWAYS FRESH BUT NOW EVERYTHING HAD A FUNKY TASTE AND I HAD TO THROW BOTH PIZZAS IN THE TRASH.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE TO FIND A DIFFERENT PIZZA SHOP.

Can be busy at times, but thats because they make good pizza! Can't complain. Its the only pizza spot I order from..
The worker was very nice lady. It was nice and clean in there. I asked her to please cut the pizza and squares what she did with no problem and I appreciate her doing that. Delicious pizza I must say my first time.

Never Again! I ordered an Extra large pizza for delivery with cash. To my surprise they used doordash to deliver the pizza. My kids ate the pizza and they all ended up sick diarrhea and vomiting about 20 minutes after eating. So I called the store and spoke with Olga she told me they'd give me a refund. I informed her I would come in and get the cash refund since I paid cash to the delivery driver. When the time came she told me I had to call doordash and have them refund them first. I did what she said and doordash submitted the refund to the store, just for the manager Olga to give the money to the delivery driver. I've been calling for my money for 3 days now and every time I call she's not there or not available and will call me back...it's been 3 days. DO BETTER OLGA.

So pizza was good... i ordered online the app said ready so im like great.... get inside they barely started making it lady said its easier for them to mark it ready.... might be time to send your staff back to training on the computers

Horrible customer service from Olga my pizza did not get delivered because they use a 3rd party and Olga told me to Google their 3rd party delivery. I asked for a refund and told me no call your bank and dispute the claim...... what kind of customer service is that ? Still waiting to speak with manager Michael but they always tell me he's not in .....

I would definitely rate customer service in a negative I accidentally placed my order at the wrong papa johns. I. Called twice to cancel it and get my money back I was hung up on I spent 50 dollars
I would like to thank Rosalba Robles for her OUTSTANDING customer service. The first time I came to this place she assisted me and loved her so much. She has a LOVELY great attitude, very patient and VERY kind. Just because of her, it made me come back to this location even though it’s a little far from me, but it was worth it. If I get to come again, and she’s happened not to be in, I rather go to a different place. Thanks Rosalba for making me feel Soooooooo comfortable and welcomed. I really appreciate you. This place DEFINITELY have the greatest worker with the greatest customer service.

when I order for deliveryI always get my pizza on the floor with no phonecall no knock on the door or ring bell Papa John's just terrible with there communication
I made a pizza order, everything I got was wrong! Not even, that. I asked if I can get a refund since they messed up. Unfortunately, my email tells me exactly what I ordered and when I explained what I ordered. She said no you’re lying! I said, why would I lie? I’m paying money for my food. Of course, I got angry and she inappropriately word and she like oh I’m rude but your cussing..I said well of course your saying I’m lying when I have it in email. Anyways, corporate will hear about this. The fact they were not patience about anything and the employees in the background were fighting with each other! Just plain horrible. They are so disrespectful. I will never ordered there again.

Received a txt that my order was ready for pick up at 7pm arrived to the location and had to wait an additional 18 mins because they were backed up.
Thankfully my pizza wasn’t cold.
The pizza is very delicious and at a great price.

I would come back, because this location is only 2mins from my home lol.
I really love pizza. What I didn't like was when I was trying to place my order by the app. I was having a hard time. They workers, young ones didn't know how to help me. I am not too sure on using them apps. So I finally thought I did. The young said I did. I asked can you please check If i did it right. She yes I did my order, so i payed. Well to finish my experience, it was wrong the other. Good grief.
