I tried to ask the associate if the spicy Buffalo sauce on the side was the same as the Buffalo sauce used on wings with an order. He could not say yes or no, only what sauces were available on the side.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the consistently poor service and subpar quality at your 4500 Rosemead Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA location.
On multiple visits, I’ve had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to be acknowledged at the counter. Once, I stood there for 20 minutes after being told, “We’ll be right with you,” before anyone asked why I was there. During my most recent visit, the person at the counter prioritized fulfilling orders for delivery services like Uber Eats over attending to customers who were physically in the store. When I finally received my order—a Shaq-a-Roni pizza—it was cold because it had been sitting on the shelf for so long. To make matters worse, the pizza was nothing like the advertisement. It had no extra pepperoni or cheese and was far from being NY-style—it was just a regular pizza with a thick crust. Employees avoid eye contact and are rude. I love your pizza, but I can’t keep wasting time and money at a location with low-quality food and service. I’m requesting reimbursement for my recent order and hope for improvements.

Love papa johns over any other pizza place there not super greasy like most other places the crust is always consistent and the lil sweet taste in the sauce Is just right if you know you know 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Bad service to start off. The taste of my pizza was off. Did not taste like a pizza should. I ordered a large meatball, pepperoni, pineapple and extra cheese, stuffed pizza. Didnt have extra cheese. Only had 3 slices of pinapple on one slice. Took it back and the cashier said thats how they are. NO WAY!! Would like a reimbursement and they shoud hire new employees that are more professional.

Ordered two papadia's and was charged for three. When I went to pick up,that's how I found out that they charged me for three. I had told them it was only two but the lady snapped it was three and it's already made so no refunds. I told her I ordered two and I'm not paying for three. She snapped and yelled at me so I left. I was put on a do not serve list for their mistake.

Front fat lady so rude I ask her for a extra cover and she refused to give it to me she said the owner charges her for the extra stuff so rude every time I come she has a bad attitude definitely does not need to be working Here whit her bad attitude

Small location but they are working hard. Pizza came out great and just like how I remember it.
