Food wasn't as well seasoned as last time we visited. I was charged for someone else's takeout order. It took 2 transactions to get the correct amount refunded back. Money was slammed on the counter and no apology. Please check your receipt!

Let me start by saying I had never been to a Salvadoran restaurant before, so Paseo San Miguel was my first impression and it did not disappoint. I’ve always been a fan of pupusas, and this place came highly recommended. The restaurant looks great, but fair warning: if you don’t know what you’re looking for, you might drive right past it. It’s a bit low-key from the outside. Once inside, though, the food speaks for itself. The pupusas are delicious honestly, I could eat three in one sitting… and I did. I ordered a cheese pupusa, a mixed one, and a chicharron pupusa. All were handmade and cooked to order, and you can really taste the freshness.
I did try a shrimp pupusa once, but I’m still searching for the shrimp. I wouldn’t recommend that one. Stick to the classics, they do those best.
As for drinks, I’m not a big fan of the Salvadoran peanut horchata. I’d definitely recommend the ensalada fruit drink instead, it’s refreshing and pairs perfectly with the food.
Overall, Paseo San Miguel is a great introduction to Salvadoran cuisine. If you love pupusas or want to try something new, this spot is absolutely worth checking out.

Pupusas have no TASTE. They've changed their cooking style and seasoning. I ordered a Yuka-Frita the worst. Hard rock chicharon. Never ever again!

Small quaint place, never went to a Salvadorian restaurant before and it was a pleasant experience, the quantity and quality of the food was excellent, fresh, delicious and very reasonably priced. The servers were very friendly and attentive, over all I do recommend giving this place a try for yourself, you wont be disappointed!

Love salvi food not only cause I am one. Also many reason the pupusas here can't go wrong I go to lots of salvadorian restaurants just make sure the pupusas are a 10 and these are a 11. Ayyy stop by and order half a dozen see how many you eat.
