Ok this is the dill I ordered 3box combos and I said give me extra ketchup.they didn't give not one..it's another week I went back ordered the same thing I said I need straws I didn't get not one I said I don't want coleslaw I want extra bread ...I got coleslaw no extra bread...so check your order before you leave.

Was genuinely in a difficult situation. Was being stalked by an ex I had just let go of earlier that week. Tried to tell her to stop showing up, and that we’d talk later. She wouldn’t listen and persisted in following me. Talked to the drive thru and they said just come to the front, only to ignore me. Then talked to someone else, relayed my story to them, and then purposely gave them my number to check up on me merely for buying food I didn’t want. I didn’t want to be the type to want to call the cops, but I later found my ex waiting for me at my place. I wanted them to call to see if any other further steps should be taken by dialing me first. And none of that was ever done to try and help me try and resolve the situation. Though it’s not their business, they genuinely looked at me, “appeased,” me so to speak, and then genuinely brushed me off by telling me they’d check up on only not to do so. Those chicken strips were also bland as all hell. Thanks @raisingcanes

I love Cane’s—especially their Arnold Palmer—but this visit was unacceptable. After my drive-thru order, Alexis forgot to return my credit card. I was frustrated about having to go back and had to be upfront with the manager just to get any accommodations—ridiculous. The manager refused to give her name, made irrelevant comments about customers taking advantage of left-behind cards, and even said they were “calling out for us” as we drove off—like that was my responsibility! When I returned, I was at the counter and saw her grin at Alexis instead of taking the situation seriously. I had to show ID to retrieve my card, which made the experience even worse. Before leaving, I told the manager not to do that again—I’d hate for anyone else to go through this. I will not be returning to this location.

I can't understand how ppl can say canes is fire. Canes chicken is dry with no flavor. That inhouse sauce is tasteless. The fires are a joke
