I love Cane’s—especially their Arnold Palmer—but this visit was unacceptable. After my drive-thru order, Alexis forgot to return my credit card. I was frustrated about having to go back and had to be upfront with the manager just to get any accommodations—ridiculous. The manager refused to give her name, made irrelevant comments about customers taking advantage of left-behind cards, and even said they were “calling out for us” as we drove off—like that was my responsibility! When I returned, I was at the counter and saw her grin at Alexis instead of taking the situation seriously. I had to show ID to retrieve my card, which made the experience even worse. Before leaving, I told the manager not to do that again—I’d hate for anyone else to go through this. I will not be returning to this location.

I can't understand how ppl can say canes is fire. Canes chicken is dry with no flavor. That inhouse sauce is tasteless. The fires are a joke

Overpriced chicken tenders with thousand Island sauce and flat sodas. Can someone please explain why this chain took off when I can just go buy a frozen bag of tenders, french fries and a case of actually carbonated sodas at Costco? Do y'all really think they're freshly breading all this chicken and cutting all these fries in there? NO! It's frozen just like the stuff you buy at Costco

I called the guy at raising Cane‘s and I was looking if he shipped and I guess they didn’t which I was totally fine with and then I asked since I am in Buffalo and this is in Los Angeles. I asked him if they can fly me out to Los Angeles and I wasn’t being funny and I wasn’t joking. I was just looking for a sincere answer and he told me to “get my money up” I then replied you’re the person working at raising Cane‘s. You can’t even afford to feed a family of five then he hanged up the phone and now I am very aggravated for whoever did that this is the worst Rais Cane‘s I’ve ever called or been to I will never contact this place. Let alone go there.
