I have been coming to this establishment for years. I understand today is super bowl Sunday but I ordered a medium cheese pizza at 1pm and didn't get it until 3:30. It was extremely cold. I was very disappointed with service today. Had to reheat it myself. Not worth the $25 dollars i paid

This place has horrible customer service. Middle aged White lady working in the front has terrible manners and customer service. Never eating here again. Not to mention they take forever.

Love Rios but not this locations called several times just to be out on a 15 minute hold. Then when I tried to call back busy line!!!! Montebello is so much better

Great pizza! Wife and I havenāt had it in years, although being locals. It was our first eating it together. Loved the amount of cheese and pepperoni!

Rios pizza has real pizza. Great pizza. My family has stayed with Rios for over 30 years. 1000% recommend š
They changed the ingredients on the pizza, it taste so bad. I put up with the prices before because it was actually good but definitely not going there anymore. Plus they charge you an extra fee for using your card. The last at least 3 time I got wings they were completely trash.Wings are over cooked, soggy and small. Not worth it anymore. It seems like they just donāt care anymore.

I ordered a small pizza and a small salad and the total came out to $42..... When I asked for an itemized receipt they said they could not provide me one but they could write down what I ordered and the prices next to it based off of the menu only they have access to behind the counter.... The pizza was okay but definitely not worth the ridiculous hidden pricing

My kid and I try and find different pizza spots to try out and rate them 0-10 today we found Rios and hands down one of the worst pizzas. His rating 0 ? for $30+ very disappointing. We got a large pepperoni with half mushrooms and jalapeƱo. For it being recently out of the oven the crust was hard, harder than leftover pizza, very greasy, cheese was weird and the bottom was all burnt. You can get better pizza from the frozen section at the grocery store. My cats loved it though but they also eat rats soā¦
