Hash browns are so soggy under cooked and we’re inedible they had a indescribable taste almost chemical like ordered for here they made it Togo the food is expensive the place is dirty my the seats smelled like old urine .. I don’t recommend this

I went today, and I go all the time. Frequently 3 times a week plus. And today I place an order over the phone, she says 10 min. I get there in 15 and I walk in and tell her I placed a phone order. She goes oh shoot and grabs the order off the tablet and puts it in front the cook, even the cook was upset because she didn’t put the order in.So I say, it’s not ready? She says a little bit with finger movements. No words!! I said I called and placed the order because I’m in a hurry. You told me 10 min. No apology. No acknowledgment nothing.Order comes out she packs it. Hands it to me. No thank you. No nothing. Still no apology.I get home my kids chili fries were halfway cooked, cold chili to where the cheese wasn’t even melted. And my sons fries were half empty.In 4 years since I’ve been going there never have I ever been treated like this!I call and she tells me because I was rude!How was I rude? Because I asked if it’s ready? Because I told you I called because I was in a hurry?Or you were rude because you made a mistake and didn’t put the order in? All it is is an IM SORRY ABOUT THAT !!!! Especially knowing I’m a frequent customer ? I spend a pretty decent amount of money here monthly for this????? So disappointing.Gina Flores

The flavor of the food had changed but because it's so close to home I continued going. After today, I will not be going back ever again. And will definitely not recommend it. I ordered onion rings not too crispy. When I got home, I noticed they had not been cooked thoroughly. They were for my daughter. After trying one, she got upset and threw them out. I called the establishment and was told, "oh yea I noticed they weren't fully cooked but since you said not crispy that's the way we cook them". I asked her if she noticed why she didn't say anything. At that point she said, "bring them back so I can give you new ones". I told her I had thrown them out and would not be able to. She said she will not be able to replace them if I didn't give back the ones she had given me. I told her it wasn't fair because I didn't have them. She said "ok" and hung up the phone. Sad to see such horrible customer service.

I like the atmosphere . They also take ebt which is beneficial. Their green drink and horchata are bomb. It's close to my area . They say they have wifi on the window but they do not. The restroom is private so I like their restroom. The food is decent. The staff is nice enough. It's not Jim's burgers but it is a decent place to eat.
Carne asada tacos were horrible and meat was under cooked. Don't know why but location is loosing its clean looks... restrooms were also filthy. Never

No Frills. Down to earth local spot. Excellent food made to order. Food is fresh. Staff is friendly. Prices are very reasonable. French toast, Burgers, Carne Asada Tacos are great seasoned well. Good flavorful food. Frequent this place everytime I'm in the area.
