The place was super busy and you can easily tell that the place was WAY understaffed to accommodate the business. With that said, the entire staff was amazing and were super friendly while taking care of everyone who was ready to feast along with the crowd who was waiting to sit. They even had a moment to answer stupid questions from me being from out of town wanting a seafood fix.
Owners: please praise these folks and add some bonuses to their paycheck! They aren't getting paid what they are worth and I’d love to pay their expenses to come work for me in another state to continue their magic. Also, please add a non-butter based sauce in an effort to accommodate diet restrictions and better flavor profiles like competitors.

I can't rate food, since we didn't stay to eat. We went in and waited for the staff member at the entrance to finish with another customer who was on their way out. We were seated at a table, about 5 min passed, and one of the staff members came to drop off some bibs and menu. Both she and another female staff were more preoccupied with having a conversation than coming back to ask us if we wanted something to drink or if we wanted to order something. After about 10 minutes of waiting and being ignored, we got up and left. There was only another party of about 8 people during this time (and from the looks of it they were closer to being done with their meal). So, no these two female staff members were not occupied with assisting them.

Service was absolutely horrible! All the girls here sat and gossiped amongst each other. While eating at the counter. Never came back to our table as we had to keep calling them back multiple times and our order was still not correct. Asked for a glass of water, which I never received. I had to get myself my gloves and bibs. They limit you to 3 salt and peppers and a handful of lemon. The restrooms were filthy with spatter everywhere. 6 employees standing around gossiping while I waited to pay the bill.

Ummm me and my bf went cuz it was empty and we saw good reviews the first red flag was how long it took to get seated when no one was there. secondly we ordered the crab legs and shrimp special, the egg we added was green. like so overcooked it was green. there was raw garlic in our sauce so we kept eating spicy burning raw garlic that left my tongue in pain for hours after. we never got a refill, we never got checked on. we were waving down waiters and peeping at them and they never came. we asked for a refill finally after paying they told us to take the lid off only for them to return with the drink with a new cup and lid. i regret spending my money here. went to boiling crab weeks later, spent the same amount and we got checked on and got refills and nothing was overcooked. save ur self the regret just go anywhere else

We arrived, the place was empty, only one table occupied, there was no one in front, we waited for a while and no one came out to welcome us, I decided to sit at one of the tables because everything, I repeat: everything was empty, and it turns out that they told him to my husband, super angry that I shouldn't have done it, that I had to wait, and he got scolded because of me, my fault according to them
