The women's restroom is just disgusting! There was a thick buildup on the faucet that could easily have been scrubbed off. Looks like it has been building up there for a while. The toilets were gross all around the upper rim very brown stained and just dirty! Grossed me out TBH. That restroom needs a deep cleaning like ASAP!
The waitresses took a while to attend to our table.

Upon entry we noticed one of the two female servers had a strange attitude. Terrible service, we were not checked on at all during our dining experience (it was not busy at all, maybe only 3 tables taken up out of the entire empty restaurant). Not to mention, the workers were on their phones or gossiping amongst themselves the entire time. When it was time to check out, while waiting at the front one of the workers had her head down and didn’t even notice us. When I informed the other ladies that we were waiting to check out at the front, she gave attitude. Only then did the other server pick her head off the table to let us pay. Terrible atmosphere, rude servers, bad vibes, but decent food. Won’t be back.

Sunday, 12/14, my friends and I arrived btwn 730-8 pm and we were sat behind the cash register (near the front door). There were two parties to the left of us (in the middle). We were greeted right away and served our food in a timely manner. HOWEVER, the ambiance was ridiculous. One of the parties that were there HAD to be a relative of the owner/manager/servers or even the OWNERS, I HAVE NO CLUE! But I did not sign up to go to a restaurant to hear a child scream while I was eating dinner. I did not pay for this additional service! The child was running up and down the aisles near tables where guests were seated and the child was free as can be, like a child in their own home running around BECAUSE they are at HOME! I do not blame the child one bit, but the adults who were allowing this. I have a business and I do not allow any of my own kids make paying customers feel uncomfortable or ruin the experience. The fact that the adults didn't mind the child to run free at the restaurant baffled me! I was there for about an hour and half with a child screaming the whole time was crazy to me. Imagine a non-family guest/non-owners guest, LIKE ME, who ALLOWED a child TO RUN AROUND MULTIPLE TABLES SCREAMING.... I would be asked to leave, or approached to sit my kid down.

I hope the manager/owners/workers read this in an open minded manner and can understand the disappointment I had here. I will be copying and pasting this YELP!

I’ve wanted to try this place out but the service is horrible . As soon as I walked in she asked me if I was signing in since I thought oh reservation right and she just gave me attitude and said sign in and write my name down and walked away. We left to go waste time since it was going to be almost an hour wait and I put my number and I was waiting for them to call me and I never got a call and we end up going to the restaurant mind you I had a timer on my phone and was waiting for the phone call we tell her my name for a table and she tells me we called you 2 times and you didn’t answer all rudely and I told her I did not receive any calls and she explains my number out and I said no it’s repeated my number and told me then that I need to write more clearly with an attitude and tone which is just pathetic like how do you get a 2 mixed with a 7 ? At least she gave us a table but still the service is unbelievable here. They didn’t even give us lemon nor gloves I had to be calling them like 3 times . The workers just there talking in the back .The food was okay until we had ate the crawfish me and my family went and some of the crawfish tasted really disgusting to the point it make me nauseous. My stomach has been hurting ever since I ate the food here as well of some of my family members. I will not be coming here again and it’s definitely not worth the hype !!!

Stopped by today for the first time . The food was descent portions were good but unfortunately our experience was ruined because I believe the Manager was scolding one of his employees (our waitress) in front of everyone ,I felt so bad for her ,he humiliated her and embarrassed her in front of everyone and the environment was tense . I felt really bad , I understand that maybe they were understaffed but if she needed to be redirected/ coached it should’ve been done in the back and in a respectful manner away from the customers. I hope this chain values their employees a little better because even though it was busy they were hustling and our waitress seemed sad but she powered through please Do better !

The place was super busy and you can easily tell that the place was WAY understaffed to accommodate the business. With that said, the entire staff was amazing and were super friendly while taking care of everyone who was ready to feast along with the crowd who was waiting to sit. They even had a moment to answer stupid questions from me being from out of town wanting a seafood fix.

Owners: please praise these folks and add some bonuses to their paycheck! They aren't getting paid what they are worth and I’d love to pay their expenses to come work for me in another state to continue their magic. Also, please add a non-butter based sauce in an effort to accommodate diet restrictions and better flavor profiles like competitors.

I love Starcrab honestly so bomb and amazing prices but horrible service every single time I’ve gone I haven’t had a single good experience with the service. Fire everyone and hire a new staff cause wtf.

I can't rate food, since we didn't stay to eat. We went in and waited for the staff member at the entrance to finish with another customer who was on their way out. We were seated at a table, about 5 min passed, and one of the staff members came to drop off some bibs and menu. Both she and another female staff were more preoccupied with having a conversation than coming back to ask us if we wanted something to drink or if we wanted to order something. After about 10 minutes of waiting and being ignored, we got up and left. There was only another party of about 8 people during this time (and from the looks of it they were closer to being done with their meal). So, no these two female staff members were not occupied with assisting them.
