I Stood at the register for a long time none of the 3 employees greeted or acknowledge me or at least said will be with you they where to busy talking about there personal life not very professional . I’ve been to several Starbucks and the employees are always dressed professionally but today one of the young girls was wearing atop that you can see her bellybutton pretty surprised that she was allowed to wear that not very nice it look like a top that you use to go to the bar ?

Fri. Jan. 26th at 7:36 AM- None of the 3 employees greeted nor acknowledged me as I stood at the register for just under minute. Finally, someone came & in a low, timid voice asked what I'll have. The same thing happened to the next gentleman that walked in. Of the 3 emoyees (2 female, 1 male) only the male had a name tag but it was illegible, it looked like a short name starting w a "T" or "J" maybe. This is NOT the energy that Starbuck's is known for. It's not the first time I've gone to this location because it's the closest to my house however most likely my last time going, due to them having messed up our order more then once however this time we mobile ordered and they messed up on 3 out of 6 drinks and I had to go back out of my way to have them remade. The employees were not apologetic and like i said have gone before and had a similar experience so I recommend going elsewhere if you don't want to have your time wasted.

My english is not very good, i showed them a picture of the recipe of a cup, and they made a mistake and blamed it on me, while i am not good at english. And when there was the wrong glass of water with my order, I asked them to make another glass but they refused my request. (But as far as I know according to SB's policy that they will redo the customer's water when the customer disagrees with the glass of water and in other SB they still redo it when they make a mistake or me). And there was another man to handle and make another glass for me. I am very grateful for his support.

Absolutely dog shit of service here. Place an order and watch the world go around you and be left in time. Late for work and other obligations. Can't remember orders they take, give your drinks to others, have two serving tables and tell you one place to wait and allegedly have the drinks on the other and blame you for not being there. Put out orders out of synchrony of how they had received them. Barista ignoring the manager. Also while I had asked for the bathroom code to use the head/facilities/ Baneo, mind you they have one and the other is reserved for staff only, lol, and I had gone in to urinate so yeah quick gone in and while I was in an employee unlocks the door and pets in another customer.... While I was using the stall, mind you as well, these restrooms have only one toilet and a sink. Was he supposed to sit on the sink... Like why unlock the restroom when it was in use and on top of that it was Andrea who had unlocked the room, the same one I got the restroom code from just seconds prior.... Like Starbucks could obviously hire anyone they want but maybe someone should check and see who is hurting the business and who is helping. The manager Danny, had helped with taking the order and I had to make contact with him after about 15-20 minutes of waiting. He had confirmed receiving the order and had found one of the drinks and it was miss made, matcha with cinnamon dolce pumps.... Like wtf... So had to re order again and hope for the best, this time was like the seventh (7th) time ordering. So unprofessional it hurts. I did realize this location is more rustic than the others, I thought it was nice maybe trying to blend in with the environment it serves. But my god, it is just a mess after all I was trying to put on a happy lens at first, luckily they showed me not to try they around them because it's just too much for these uninspired folks. It's a shame because there was like two people actually working and like five chilling.. if Starbucks wants to give money away why not just make the coffee free. Also the toilet paper in the bathroom was on the floor . With and empty toilet paper holster near by, must have lost the key.. but also why have brand new rolls on the floor, like someone's kid could go in there and use that that is unsanitary and get sick because they used toilet paper they was previously soaked from all the customers piss ...... Like get serious folks, been collecting easy checks and obviously chocking yourself with the slack you created.. typically for folks this day and age, but I thought we also liked to break molds... But apparently not for achieving better results but for accessing the worst and easiest route possible. So lackluster., I am staying at coffee bean, they never ever had any of these issues, I don't care if it's far. It's better, honest, and does right by the customers. The drinks are just better too.

Ordered a grande white chocolate mocha frappe & a venti iced pumpkin spiced latte. Instead received grande iced white chocolate mocha latte & hot pumpkin spiced latte. Unfortunately on a time crunch and couldn't ask for remake. The cashier was friendly but I still feel bummed the order was totally wrong. Next time i will order online to avoid miscommunication & disappointment.
