I went to Starbucks yesterday to get some cups of ice (I’m aware of the new policy btw) and when I told the employee she threw a big sigh as if she was complaining and her tone changed (the least you can do is turn the headset off). I don’t mind paying I get it, I’ve worked fast food for 4 years and counting there was just no reason for the attitude. I didn’t get her name unfortunately because I was upset but she had pink colored hair I believe.

Worst Starbucks to go too…. I ordered a matcha Frappuccino, and a mango dragonfruit. The cashiers were very nice when they gave me my drink, but the moment I tasted my drink, the matcha was completely melted and usually when u order a Frappuccino, there’s suppose to have a crunchy ice texture, apparently mine doesn’t. Then I was waiting for my daughter’s mango dragonfruit. Turns out the reason why I couldn’t see it was because her drink looked like pure ice water?! I complained about this, but they made an excuse that they didn’t have the fruits right now, that’s fine with me, but then by the corner of my eye, a guy ordered the SAME drink as me. Like why didn’t you just say that u didn’t have enough ingredients? How is it called a “mango dragonfruit” when it looks like ice water?? This is not acceptable so I hurriedly refunded. I understand that u guys are low on ingredients and have just moved but, u could’ve just said that you don’t have enough ingredients. How is the Starbucks drink a drink without all the ingredients together?? Excusing urself with, “sorry we don’t have enough ingredients” is just pure stupid.. They know that a lot of people order from them and they’re not even prepared FOR the customers. Like omg..

I don't understand how the Starbucks could be so racist when they're Mexican and I'm Mexican I couldn't do my work here unless I order something then I asked to use the restroom and they told me no unless I order something they basically were kicking me out because I didn't order it something right away I was going to order my Starbucks coffee once I got my homework going if you're brown or black are dark skin color they're going to look at you like if you're going to rob the place very disrespectful because I am Mexican and they want to look at me like a criminal

Didn't know this location excited. Got there minutes before they closed and the staff members were very welcoming. They were fast and friendly. They even took time to warm up my pastry. Everything on the menu was still available. Inside sitting area is also available, and they close pretty late compared to other locations. There is plenty of parking in its surrounding area. Will probably make this my preferred location.

This is the worse Starbucks I’ve been too poor customer service, Saturday morning I ordered 2 shots of espresso in a venti cup with ice and I received a venti cup full of coffee when I asked for 2 shots only I let her know this is too full I only wanted 2 shots and the barista said that was 2 shots she then dumped out some of the coffee and gave me the cup back!

I came on here to leave a review of my most recent visit but I see I left a good rating review 3 years ago.
May I echo myself and say that with so many locations and my personal debate of buying coffee and where to throw support, etc it is always good when you treat yourself once in a while and if you have a chance , visit this location. For one thing, this location has always been clean, safe, friendly and honestly a breath of fresh air in comparison to several other locations. Thinking back to that review from 3 years ago, I remember feeling very valued through the drive-thru and similarly I was rather appreciative of the crew yesterday which included Sophia and now I'm forgetting her name but she assisted us with questions regarding the Rewards on our app. Sophia was sweet, friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure when you're not dealing with someone who isn't rushing or annoyed in helping you, also to be listened to, so thank you. Look forward to returning, probably more often now that I am aware of the service.

There's absolutely no accountability here, not one person acknowledged us (greet us, tell us they would be with us shortly) there was at least 5 workers near the register and not one would look in our direction. Won't return here anymore. Worst attitude towards customers

Always kind employees , never reject me from using g thier restroom & when I oder it's little expensive so I get small still taste great thank you may GOD BLESS YOUR BUSINESS AMEM ??? 1 thing clean table and floors
