BAD OWNER!!! I really hate going to this Subway.Have had many complaints with this spot.So I decide to give it one more try hoping things are better.Hell no.Girl try's to give me wet spinach mixed with lettuce until I spoke up and requested fresh spinach.Ordered old school turkey footlong ,they charged me 2$ more than the advertised price.Even though they admitted quilt still didnt change the price.They also charged me Ca Sales Tax on a cold sandwich,highly illegal. I should just walked out.The only reason is ,its the owners fault for not syncing register with what's advertised. Sheisty Subway.

I have been to this Subway #3538 every week this month. The Employees are working in extreme heat. They have No Working Air Conditioning. They are baking bread & baking cookies. It's been in the high 90's for weeks. Why is this? Why doesn't the owner get this fixed? I found out they have had No Air since February. ? They gave them 3 fans, really! Your lucky they haven't shut you down....or that your employees don't walk out.This is Bad Working Conditions! ?

The staff are very friendly and give you an amazing service but the owner of this location should really consider turning up the AC especially during 90 degree weather. The sandwiches should be toasted not the guests please be a little more considerate of your employees and the paying customers.

I ordered a sandwich for pickup and when I got home and started eating I realized they forgot the avocado which I paid extra for. I emailed the company and they just said the franchise owner would contact me shortly. I’ve yet to have anyone contact me yet...the sandwich wad good but just kind of frustrating that I paid extra for nothing :( I was hoping they would at least email me a coupon or something to make up for me wasting my money.
