CONSUMERS, BEWARE!!!!!!Horrible Subway! Had many issues in the past with orders from this location. Weather ordering a stupid sandwich on the app, to having a party catered by this Subway. They do not follow instructions, times overdue, always waiting. Staff just doesn't care. I waited for over 15 minutes from my "order pick up time". Even had to scold the girl to read the comments in the order. Better off going to Jersey Mike's or another Subway location!P.S. Enjoyed writing the review while waiting for my order! 15+ mins later!

I have been to this Subway #3538 every week this month. The Employees are working in extreme heat. They have No Working Air Conditioning. They are baking bread & baking cookies. It's been in the high 90's for weeks. Why is this? Why doesn't the owner get this fixed? I found out they have had No Air since February. ? They gave them 3 fans, really! Your lucky they haven't shut you down....or that your employees don't walk out.This is Bad Working Conditions! ?

Please don't go to this Subway location. The owner has these poor kids working in the hundred degree heat with no a/c to the point where they are using the cold air from the fridges in front of them to stay cool. Which drastically drops the temperature of the food, possibly introducing bacteria to the proteins and veggies. Good luck to those who ignore this warning.

The staff are very friendly and give you an amazing service but the owner of this location should really consider turning up the AC especially during 90 degree weather. The sandwiches should be toasted not the guests please be a little more considerate of your employees and the paying customers.

Great location. Their service was great especially the girls in the during the day. They made our sandwiches prefect. The place was super clean.

I don't know why they would offer curbside pick up if they don't bother bringing your order out to you. I order curbside pickup and checked in when I arrived, I waited in my car and no one came out i than called and the lady who worked at the front picked up and said she didn't receive anything yet when I walked in a minute later my order was placed right besides her. Guess she was too lazy to walk out!

I ordered a sandwich for pickup and when I got home and started eating I realized they forgot the avocado which I paid extra for. I emailed the company and they just said the franchise owner would contact me shortly. I’ve yet to have anyone contact me yet...the sandwich wad good but just kind of frustrating that I paid extra for nothing :( I was hoping they would at least email me a coupon or something to make up for me wasting my money.

Ever since subway brought out the protein bowls that's all I get there and I get them often. I'm always on the road so I get to experience different services wherever I go but this location (about a mile from home) takes the cake on the worst protein bowl I've ever got. Not only did the staff skimp me out on veggies and meat but the vegetables looked so nasty (old and soggy) the meat tasted so gross and felt slimy. I didn't even ask for dressing. I normally don't get lettuce but I ask for spinach instead. The spinach looked like leftovers. Almost like bugs have been feeding on them.. The spinach reminded me of when I work 14 days straight - nasty, wrinkled, and like the life has been sucked out of it. Never going back to this location until they get their sh** together.
