This guy here complains about working there. They are always running low on things which affects my sandwich. I just think they should hire someone else and give them what they want.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but when my last 3 sandwiches sucked, I have to. Every time I order from this location there is something wrong, ingredients not evenly portioned (1/4 of the footlong had zero lettuce), bread not cut right, and even a different meat that I didn’t order.. and the different meat wasn’t added as a possible bonus, it was just a scrap of roast beef because the work area probably wasn’t clean… and me saying “bread not cut right” might sound petty, but the cut changed thickness and then changed direction so a piece was about to fall off but they just pushed it together and wrapped it up.. not coming to this location again. Also, it’s okay for employees to smile and say hi… do better guys, take pride in your work.

Great customer service
Stay away from this subway at all costs, the staff is incompetent. I placed my order and had a coupon which I handed to the employee. He scanned it but after I paid I saw my receipt and realized that the coupon was not applied. I brought it up to him and he wasn’t sure why, I was quickly able to realize that my order hadn’t been made a meal so he told me he would charge me again and then his manager would do the refund on their end. I handed him my receipt and was told I would be getting my refund in 2-4 hours. The day came and went, I called the store the next day with no answer. I kept calling the next couple of days at different times to no answer. I had to personally go back to the store all to be told there was no manager on site, so to keep calling the store until the manager was in. I’m still waiting on the refund. Unbelievable that they don’t have a lead or manager on shift.

The service was disastrous, there was no bread I wanted, no broccoli soup and even less avocado. And the place super dirty windows and the line of dirty food and the frozen vegetables. I hope I never return to that place.

Tried to use a couple coupons for two separate people and the ass of a manager made up a new policy on the spot that we can’t do that. We said we would do separate transactions and she gave us major attitude and said no. We’ve been here several times before and this girl said “I’m here 24 hours and have never seen you.” Well sorry that you live in a subway Karen but of course you’re not going to recognize everyone who’s stepped in here over the year. In a time when everyone’s hurting this location doesn’t care. Subways in Montebello are better and have better managers.

Terrible service They gave me a bad day. The person named Jessica does not know how to treat people. She is rude to people. I hope they take action on the matter because they will lose all the clients. This cannot continue like this. There are many complaints against her. ☹️I hope they do something if anyone knows where to file a complaint let me know!!

Terrible customer service. The gir making the subS had a very bad attitude. Did not want to honor a valid cupon and was very sarcastic, this was on a Wednesday at 4 p.m. So do not go to this location at this time and day if you don't want to have an unpleasant situation. I will never go back to that sub way.I Hope the owner reads this review and can correct the situation. We need good customer service if we are spending our hard earned dollars..

They closed way before posted close hours… I was on a run from another city, wanted to grab a meal at the end of my run, and was very disappointed. And seems like they are always doing it, judging by other reviews

So I called the store 15 minutes before they close three times no one answered and when I get to the doors at 8:55 when they close at 9:00 p.m. the doors are locked. Why don't you hire people that actually want to work and serve people not people that want to just get off already and hate their job apparently. So thanks for wasting my gas
