Excellent manager, had an issue with an order on my first visit, the manager called me personally to rectify the matter. 2nd visit was much better. Be advised the dinning area seems to be used frequently so it wasn't super clean, but the staff is nice and if you simply ask they will wipe the table down for you. Dined inside.

I hadn't been here in a long while. I was pleased with how my order was taken and the questions I had about the different kinds of Nachos were clearly answered without impatience. Plus all the food was ready rather quickly and it was good.

Really bad service they always get your order wrong on the drive thru. And when you go back and tell them they got your order wrong the night shift manager she yells and puts faults at the customers. What happened to the customers is always right. She should be fired for yelling also at her employees because one her employees was giving the wrong box to the customer and instead she threw it away.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some good taco bell! It's a crying shame that this travesty of fast food isn't holding up to the promise the Bell reputation gives. Cold food and horrible service combined with the inability to even take an order right TWICE make this a utterly shameful experience. Tried to get the management's help and received nothing but attitude in response. Customer service is NOT this locations priority. Do better, give kindness for free
Ordered a Crunchwrap and a chicken quesadilla and they didn’t put any meat in. Went on 2/11/25 at 10:30pm. Fire the girls working there. Manager is incompetent as well

Just ordered ubereats 2/5/24 820pm and that sht was fire. Portions hot seasoning everything was perfect. Good looks bro. & always tip what you would want to be tipped. Support each other by any means. And drain the swamp bro
Waited over 30 mins for my food everything is cold everything! Stop hiring lil kids w shit attitude i get it priority is deliveries n pick up but if i already made my order b4 all the cars in ur drive thrue i expect my food b4 them everything is cold and the sarcasm i received just for asking about my food was uncalled for You leave to break i waited still n u came back let the other one go to break n i still waited for my dam food ! What is the issue here only at this location will anyone receive bad customer service! Just horrible ! U need to retrain the workers here b4 they are put to handle orders .... over 30 mins cold food n still wrong items missing items i god dam paid for n no sauce smh ... stop playing w peoples time n money....

I ordered a burrito supreme with extra meat and cheese with no onions. I received extra meat, no cheese, extra onions and most of the onions were grouped at the bottom of the burrito.
