I was in the drive thru , I got my pastries and drinks. I realized I got orbe wrong drink so I alerted the worker and she made my drink free of charge. To that girl thank you, you made my day! To her employer and/or manger she’s the best give her a raise please! I wish I got her name!

I swear these people don’t know how to follow orders. This is like the 5th time they put in extra matcha instead of a shot of expresso. Why is this so difficult? Maybe pay attention yo the order instead of socializing with co-workers.

I love Tierra Mia and they have amazing coffee. I use to go to the one in HP, but moved closer to Pico Rivera. They need to improve on the cleanliness and customer service.
