Wow, I was now surprised that I asked for more taryaki sauce, something they always did, but now they were charging me $0.89 cent. I think that after a while they are going to start charging for the other condiments like they already do some business.

Buy XL over $15 get only 2 ginger and will get extra charge 25 cents each for ginger(only this place). Very redicurous.!!! Go the the one on washington or others is a lots better services.I will never ever buy food at this place again.

Worst customer service. Lily cashier was on her phone while my order was sitting on the counter. Waited 15 minutes then she said I didn't know you were waiting for your mobile order.Total idiot

A great clean restaurant to eat with your family, friends the boba so delicious but the dumplings are a delight.Best!

I’m quite confused at how inconsistent the reviews are with the reality of this restaurant. Not only have I been disappointed every time I have eaten here. The quality of service consistently decreases. I have talked to corporate before concerning certain issues, none of which seem to change. Not only are the staff rude and disrespectful , the food is never consistent or made as I order. They constantly limit customers with condiments which quite honestly contribute greatly to their food only to make an extra buck. You would think ginger and chili powder would be a delicacy because of how they mark up their ginger. Nevertheless, I am done eating here and hope people avoid this restaurant at all cost. Stop charging people ridiculous prices for GINGER… as a business owner this is despicably cheap considering other Yoshinoyas around the area don’t limit customers and have way better service.

Don’t ask for water cups to get soda instead here the lady behind the register acts like the company is gonna go bankrupt with the 5 ounces of soda that was in my cup, literally put me on the spot in front of everyone when I literally paid $38.79 for my order , ridiculous .

I love Yoshinoya...their meat and vegetable dish is very delicious...the clam chowder is good but I have tried better...the spring rolls are bad...but their rice is very delicious. The branch is clean..fast service and overall a great option to eat..

Service was good but both bathrooms were out of order. Will not be back even tho I enjoyed the food. I will go further out of my way for one that actually has working toilets for people who come from out of town.

This is the best yoshinoya I have ever been to. I've been to perhaps 5 locations prior. What sets this place apart for me was that my combo xl orders actually looked plentiful and abundant with my proteins. I also enjoyed that they had the option of topping my proteins with sesame seeds and scallions, much more traditional looking. The asian lady in the back who was cooking my ribeye steak, actually cooked it so well. It wasn't dried out and she knew how to char the meat slightly to give it that additional grill flavor. The original beef slices were also very tender and with big slices, as in I felt like the slices weren't mushy, old, too thin, or measly scraps. They had a nice tender full mouth feel. The interior was clean as well. Great service. Will definitely come back since they aren't stingy with their servings, and that asian lady sure knows how to cook! I came after 4pm on a Thursday.
