Love all the super cool sauces, seasonings, the variety of meats and cheeses etc.. but the the best part of this lovely little local Meat Market here local in Fresno is the staff!! Stopped for lunch for a BBQ beef burrito. The burrito was filled with tender beef, cheese, potatoes. Excellent! Friendly staff, outside seating or take- out.

Jeff Avazian's "The Meat Market" is simply the best in Fresno. They have catered many events locally, the grill is yummy - I recommend Tri Tip sandwiches.
