My favorite donut place in Pinole! Lots of parking, easy to get to, friendly staff, lots of drink options, always has fresh coffee and there's lots of seating inside!

I'm not the type that actually pre-plans donut purchases. I'm like a Method actor. Like Brando when he was young and full of testosterone, I live in the moment. Only now I'm a Method eater. Like Brando when he was old and full of estrogen, I gorge in the moment. There was plenty of selection in this Pinole shop but apparently no one to serve me. Oh wait, she's on the phone. Yep, still on the phone...OK, she's getting off now. Yes, here I am. I decided on a couple of $1.50 cake donuts, a Red Velvet and a Maple Nut (photo: I didn't bother to take them to go. I ate them at a blue formica table because remember I eat in the moment. They satisfied my Method exercise. Always so clean and organized. Donuts always made fresh in the morning. The dough is so soft and fluffy, with perfectly sweeten flavor. Very quick service and was very caring. Best donut shot out, I would recommend!

A classic donut shop in Pinole just 1 mile for me, friendly service, classic coffee, and donuts made the old-fashioned way. Simple, yes, satisfying, basic ambience, but this place takes pride and what they do. My first visit was on national donut day in the winter time this past Sunday, November 5. I got an old-fashioned maple which hit all the areas of satisfaction and balance in a classic maple doughnut. I'm excited to go back and try some more, supporting this little local gem...
The quality and freshness of the pastries are over the top. You know this place is good when you have to wait in line to get your favorites. Don't miss out. Give this place a try you won't regret it.

Your oil is set at too low of a temperature. Try going to a good donut store and taste theirs. That's what a donut is. And don't sell day old donuts unless you tell people they're old. It's not right.
