Right when I opened the door I got smacked in the face with the smell of sewage. Smell was so bad every bite of my meal and sip of my beverage all I could taste was sewage.

I sat down there for dinner, and a rude waitress took the wrong order and asked if we wanted to cancel the whole order. I ordered a beer, but it took a very long time to arrive. I’m very disappointed with that place. So don’t waste your time.

It was Thursday afternoon around 6 pm, we waited about 15 mins to be seated. We ordered our drinks, 3 of those drinks were the the poping rocks drink all 3 of my kids were disappointed they were watered down. The food got there late, my daughter’s chicken sandwich was burnt to the point where she pulled off the breaded layer to eat it. 40 mins passed and my food never came. I told the server to take it off my bill. Sadly the service has gone down the quality isn’t the same. Very disappointing after 15 years of going, I won’t be going back.

Omg, I thought that this was a save choice, I ordered 2 burgers for me and my son. It took over 35 minutes. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for 7 hours. So upset 😡.

Orderd salad got a plate of lettuce had to send back everything. They didn't even ask how you wanted your stake cooked. So sad Outback next door closed. Don't know if you have ever eaten good food but you won't get any here. Worst quality of food I have even seen. Taco bell would have been better!!! The quality of life is not getting better!!!

Waiter was already upset when we sat down. Got orders wrong. Then when we tried to explain it he got upset. Didn't understand what we asked. Took over half hr for drinks and appetizers. Restaurant was not at all busy. Horrible !!!
I entered the Applebee's looked around and was satisfied with the way it was cleaned. The the service was great, I was seated right away. The server was kind, it was a bit of a wait for my food but not a long wait. Once I got my food I took 1 bite, and I saw immediately that there was a hair in my food. I got the server's attention and informed him of the situation and was offered a different plate of fettuccine pasta. I declined the offer and the pasta was taken off my bill.
