If you are Latino never go to this place a waiter treated me horrible the name of the waiter is brayan and if you are Latino never go they will treat you badly they made us wait 3 hours for the drinks and then 1 hour waiting for the food so I do not recommend this place if you are Latino and the ribs were small because supposedly there were no longer big but the strange thing to other quilientes if he gave them the big rib in conclusion do not come if your Latino Never come

I got delivery, ordered the 3 appetizer combo thing. Not ONLY did it take a hour and a half to come, they forgot 2 of my sauces and my entire pretzel order. NEVER get delivery from here.

I normally love Applebee's this was a horrible experience. The food came out cold. I ordered a ice tea to drink. And ask for sweetener, when I ordered it.It was about fifteen minutes after I received my cold food.That I finally got my sweetener.And then when I took a sip of the tea, it tasted like it was dirty sink water. I don't recommend this location

Go here if you want to waste your time. A whole hour and 10 minutes, no food. whole section complaining about cold food, raw food, rhe manager came out atleast three times. it was horrible. We never even got our food! please save ur time and dont go here. choose somewhere else. My guess is theres 1 chef in the back for this whole place.

Wonderful staff, food is exceptional. I love taking my Grandkids, kids menu is full of good choices priced right, my old grands really enjoy the portions, so much we like here. Across the street is Chuck E Cheese, makes for great memories with my little angels

I ordered a to go online and they made me wait for more than 30 minutes. I could see the food ready in the kitchen but they didn’t care enough to bring it to me. The food was just waiting there for 20 minutes and no one cared to bring it out. Just pathetic. Why would you take orders if you can make it ready on time. Never gonna be back there again.
Smells like a bathroom. When in the bathroom a worker came in and was taking selfies. When we received our waters one had big nasty white stuff stuck on the inside of the glass.

I place an Order on the Applebee's App fot the Pinole on Fitzgerald Dr. Pinole, California on 11/28/2025 and when I receive my food it's always not right. Either my ingredients aren't there or my WongTong Tacos is BURNT. THE THE MANAGER has the audacity to have an Attitude. Also when I Order a Cheeseburger and put the temperature for Well done no pink showing it's not done right either.

Walked in the smell alone should have told me to leave but I wanted to give it a chance. Everyone in the restaurant was complaining about the smell. Who can stomach food while the smell of sewer lingers? Upon being seated we were met with a mediocre server who seemed like she had better things to do than to take our order. We proceed to wait 40 mins for food while the restaurant had little to no people in it. The food arrives and it cold and missing items. Even after all of this I tipped $8 on a $30 meal should have kept my money! This place is the worst Applebees I’ve ever been to.

The moment you walk through the door, you’re hit with a stench straight out of a backed-up sewer mixed with old vomit. It’s genuinely nauseating. The waiter was great, but even she admitted they just “deal with it,” which is honestly heartbreaking. No one should have to work in a place that smells this foul.
Until corporate gets off its hands and fixes whatever nightmare is causing that odor, do yourself—and the staff—a favor and don’t eat here.
