Portion on the hot honey chicken was EXTREMELY small for 15 dollars. Came with 5 waffle fries and 6 small strips of chicken. Burger and fish and chips were decent. Waiter was very nice and attentive.

I like Applebbes but this particular location is horrendous. The food is always delivered cold and if you try to order to pick up at car side they do not bring the food outside as advertisedā¦ this location and terrible staff are a big scam. For the price they give it's not worth coming here

Came to this place to have a dinner but definitely I'll never come back. I waited for more than 15mins for someone to take my order. But nobody came to my table. I asked someone for help and I was told to wait more. Now I know the reason why is most of the time empty. This place doesn't have employees who do their job just there to make more hours and get paid

I haven't been here in years, due to poor service and food quality. The service has gotten much better but I think will depend on the server. The food was as expected for chain quality, and pricing was surprisingly low. I'll give it another try but I'm not convinced with the service level yet...

Ordered a steak medium. Steak came out super dry. Food is flavorless. Drinks are watered down. Workers look like they donāt want to work here. Never coming back here again.

My fiancĆ©e and I came here tonight for her birthday, and we were never greeted. Yes it was busy, but that was no excuse. We waited in the lobby as people were getting called to get a table. Two waiters (older Hispanic lady, and younger Hispanic male with cross earrings) never acknowledged us or even asked if we have been helped. Shortly after, an older African American couple came in and stepped right in front us, saw that nobody was around and they wrote their name on the waiting list paper. When that couple got called, I had said to them that we were there first and nobody greeted us. The waiter (young Hispanic male with cross earrings) looked at us, didnāt say anything and continued to take the āprivilegedā couple to the table. Mind you, we were WAITING for 5-10 mins without once being greeted and or acknowledged, and they got a table in less than 2 minutes.. we will not be back at this location. We went to the one in Vallejo and we were greeted right away (and they even had a party of 16 waiting). We immediately walked out and left after that terrible customer service.
Very bad service none of the staff even asked if our names were written down to be sat down at a table.
