Quick and quality service

TL;DR: This place has good food and friendly staff. 90% chance you won't run into any issues eating here.

I've been eating here at least once a week for 5.5 years now. Never had a major issue. Had one issue with the staff accidentally duplicating an item on my receipt and overcharging me, which was easily resolved.

The dining area is typically well maintained and sanitized. The biggest issue I've run into was the ketchup being out.

The food is usually out very quickly, less than a 5 minute wait on most days, some days I order and can't even sit down before my food is ready and it's still hot and tastes good.

Prices keep going up on everything. This is due to the corporation (BK) using new dynamic pricing menus. This is not the fault of this specific establishment. Some of my favorite items have increased in price from 2.19 to 2.79. It's not something I'm going to lose sleep over.

They usually close the lobby early at 9pm despite their sign saying 10pm. As long as you're here between opening (6am) and 8:45pm, you're fine to eat in the dining area, otherwise - use the drive thru.

They have denied me ice cream before (1 time) after 11 pm. Most fast food establishments do this as well. It appears to be common practice.

Now they have been saying that they don't hand mobile orders at drive thru even after long wait behind other cars, when I went inside They didn't serve us and took longer to have someone to check on my order. Terrible service

WARNING!!! CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING ALWAYS!! THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I got home to realize my fish sandwich was wrong. Drove back to Burger King to get it fixed. I asked do I get anything for my inconvenience from an employee giving me my corrected Sandwich. She just laughed and walked off. The questioning me and the 1st employee so much like if we messed up my order. (Online) The disrespect is wild. I just got off from work and was in traffic for an hour😮‍💨

The manager Pardee is rude. They tried to pull a fast one on me. I asked for fresh food, it wasn't. Making it now doesn't make it fresh, I said out the grease fresh. They passed my food to me in less than a minute. I said I no longer want it. She asked for my receipt, rolled her eyes and slammed the drive threw window in my face. Wow! Excellent customer service!!

We were looking for a late night meal and ordered online for pickup. When we arrived at ~11:40 no one was there. I understand that ordering close to closing is not easy on staff but we at least expected someone to be there during posted hours.

The mozzarella in the mozzarella fries was not it! Didn’t even stretch at all! The Oreo milkshake wasn’t too bad but the Hersey pie wasn’t what it used to be… it was eh. Y’all are too generous with y’all’s ratings.
