I personally don't have anything against Burger King and have always loved it more than Macdonalds as a child. My only concern and problem is happens to be with the staffs and management of this location franchise in Pinole, CA. I believed the "manager" or so called "assistant manager" by the name of "Lizeth" or whom ever it was that was managing drive thru at this location around 3pm yesterday needs to be reevaluated for her job description. She's very rude and highly unprofessional when it comes to accommodating customers.

Very suspicious establishment, I came to the drive through about 5 minutes ago and it seems they’re trying to overcharge for certain items. I then get to the window to use my Apple pay and was asked by the window staff I could completely unlock my phone for them to take to the counter and use my unlocked cards to pay for my order because they didn’t take the order at the window register. Very unprofessional and unsafe request, being asked to unlock my financial information to pay for an order?

Their Rodeo cheeseburgers with onion rings and BBQ sauce are always great. Not on the regular menu you have to ask for them they are so special. Will get them everytime.
