I ordered a sourdough Burger and cheese was not melted Burger was cold my fries were soggy they were hot but very soggy and when I went to the drive-thru again it took them real long to help me to come to the window and when I handed in my bag he looked in it told me that he can only give me a burger because I ate most of my fries which is not true.

I’ve eaten at a few bad Carla Jr’s (the one by my house in Oakland on Telegraph is an example, it’s so gross) BUT this one is great! My western bacon cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and they made sure my bacon was crispy. They were severely understaffed but still made sure to make my food taste great. Credit where credit it due! Good job. I’ll be back.

So l don't know what's going on at this location but almost every time I come here around 10pm, the tell me they can't take my order, or they are closed for some reason they've told me 4 times it's the system, this last time I came the guy at the speaker first asked me what I wanted to order then abruptly told me he couldn't take my order this time he made it seem like the speaker or his headset didn't work, which okay but can't you take my order at the window, this makes no sense and it's Always the same guy this happened with he's seems like his in his early 20s or so he dark skinned and short, also there's a lady that also works there and she never tells me they are closed she's a really nice older lady with short white hair I have not seen her in a bit I don't know how this always happens when come here.

My order was a delivery, and other than a few times, because I've had a lot of breakfast deliveries, my food is great! The few times it wasn't was due to a hard biscuit, and not enough gravy to put over the biscuit which made it dry!
Horrible experience, Me and my family love Carls Jr but as we were getting some from the spot in Pinole the service was subpar at the ordering booth and when we got the food it had a terrible after taste, I ordered the Chicken Club sandwich which I was eating in the dark of my car until I realized it had a funny taste when I saw it had an unknown black substance on the whole sandwich, my sister in law ordered chicken tenders which were burnt and we believe the criss cut fries we ordered were old because of how stale they tasted and the awful aftertaste. Do not eat at the Carls Jr in Pinole, there’s a Wendy’s across the street. I am worried about what that black substance was unfortunately if my health seems affected I may have to get in contact with my lawyers. Do better Carls Jr Pinole.
