Inconsistent portions

Food portions are too small if you order a bowl.

If you skip the beans or rice they want give you extra veggies and the bowl looks really sad

Bought two bowls. I felt very rushed and the rice was very undercooked when I got home ready to eat. They kept asking me what I wanted trying to rush it and ended up almost putting corn instead of sour cream which I repeated multiple times. Just disappointed because I’ve been coming to this location for a long time… the staff seemed to be having a bad day and just too it out on customers

It's 6:33pm on a Saturday. For once, no rush or line. But I was RUSHED. No one in front of us or behind us. Pretty empty.
the older middle eastern lady was pretty rude, unlike everyone else there.
She keep giving half scoops that I have to ask for extra. When I asked her to mix it, she made a nasty face at me like it's too much to do her job. Rushed me through my order that I had to repeat myself multiple times.
Never in my life has my $14.05 burrito this small. Extremely disappointed. This is normally 2 meals.
Not sure it was because we were dressed in pride outfits and just came from an event, but I feel VERY discriminated against. After sitting in eating and watching everyone get normal size portions but us.
Not to mention the guac isn't even mashed correctly!!! Just so disappointing!

I visited this location today.The customer service was horrible as the staff looks as if they hate their job. Not friendly at all.

Burrito and chips were purchased
The chips were stale. When I asked for an exchange for fresh chips the cashier threw them at me, a friend was next to me and witnessed how the chips were given to me

I’ve visited this Chipotle location in Pinole twice so far, and both experiences have been solid. One thing that really sets this spot apart is the view — it overlooks the beautiful Pinole Valley. On a sunny day, it’s a great place to enjoy your meal while taking in the peaceful mountain scenery. Honestly, I’m not sure why nearby cities like Hercules don’t have this kind of nicely developed shopping and dining area.

My go-to order is the chicken salad bowl with guacamole on top, paired with a side of chips. It’s simple but satisfying, and the ingredients have been fresh each time. Fortunately, I haven’t experienced any of the issues mentioned in other reviews — no missing items or long waits. I hope that continues with future visits.

Another small but appreciated detail is their beverage station. I really like the fact that I can get sparkling water straight from the tap, and it’s free — a nice touch that not every location offers.

Overall, this is a well-maintained Chipotle with a scenic location and a reliably good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Went to Greek restraurant next door. Which was good

At this chipotle you’re not going to get a nice big portion and the service is not as expected. I wish the managers, management or the company would have these servers wear a mask or something to cover their mouth. This last server was adding extras that was not meant to be while asking what to add to my bowl.

Came here to get a burrito with the new honey chicken, ended up having a bloody awful food poisoning instead. It was the only food I had that day, so I'm 100% it was thanks to Chipotle.

Local health department really needs to look into this venue's quality standards.
