I believe the staff doesn't care about the quality. I tried to give this place a chance several times plus there aren't many options for a quick serve restaurant aside from the usual Fast food places. Ordered the steak and it's the second time I had pieces that were not chewable. There were tendon pieces left which should have been trimmed off. Rip off for the price you pay. Hardly a full serving of protein.

I always order for pick up and they always ignore people waiting to pick up even if the restaurant is empty. If I'm standing in the pick up area, it means I'm picking up. It's not that hard. Don't just look at me. It literally takes like 10 seconds to give me my food. I'll start tipping once they get their act together.

Oh chipotle, how we want to love you. But the BOORITO deal was the last straw. Not only did the app & website flop like the new exorcist movie, but my wifes order was totally different than what she actually requested. Good job guys, you've made my wife cry for such a foul up, and therefore lost our business forever.Taco bell does a better job than you guys.

Typical burritos , but only one guy on the service line, to make and ring up customers. Everyone else in the back, so it was extremely slow . Burrito was also messy, not tightly wrapped. Tough for in the car eating.

It has been a while since I have been to this location. There was nothing that drew me here. If I rated this restaurant for their Mexicana food, at best I might give them three stars, which would be generous. There is a plethora of excellent restaurants near me that are family-owned and serve delicious food. When I decided that my meal was a salad, my opinion changed, it now is a solid 3 stars.I took home a bowl to share; it was enough for two people. I chose asada as the protein and added just about everything as I moved my way towards the cash register. When I got home I put a vinaigrette on it and became a great salad. I especially like the taste of cilantro rice, the corn salsa, and guacamole. Although I think $20 for a tip for a bowl with a side order of guacamole and chips is expensive for a fast food meal, it was good enough that I would have a bowl again

I always enjoy my sofritas bowl /black & pinto beans, brown rice, fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn & lettuce w/ extra side of corn & salsa The employees are patient& accommodating & generous w/ servings ( I can eat 1/2 & add extra romaine, corn & salsa to make another bowl @ home )
