The nostalgia of walking into the legendary franchisešāŗļø!! Had my SONS 2nd bday party here on Saturday. We had the MegaFun package & our host Kimberly was very helpful. She had to go around & help others as it was busy but overall fun experience.. My only critique is when Chucky Mascot came out, all the toddlers, lil ones & MY SON as well was completely blocked out I felt soo bad couldnt even get to him because the older kids bombarded him. I had to pick my lil man up so he can see.. I was lowkey pissed but I know they were excited. Maybe enforce short to tall so everyone can see him.. He also came by our table to sing the birthday song at our table for him so that kind of made up for itāØļøšā¼ļø.

Very small portions for a large cost. Order a salad and take multiple trips to get your moneys worth. You get more fries at McDonaldās for the cost of their fries. Highly recommend using a coupon for the 1hr play for $20 for your kiddos.

The trampoline zone is great for my high energy kids. We have the gold membership which is totally worth it. I like the lemon pepper wings.

They need more workers. I came with a party and they mixed things up and forgot things but Julian came through and helped with games and gave us cups because they cleaned our table and while we were moving someo e through them away. Thanks Julian keep being a great worker.

Iām writing to share some feedback about my recent visit, which unfortunately ended in frustration. First, the airflow inside the establishment was extremely poor. The space felt stuffy and stagnant, and it would make a huge difference to install a more efficient fan system to circulate air and improve comfortāespecially for families waiting in line or seated near the entrance.
Second, the customer intake system needs serious attention. I waited over 35 minutes just to reach third in line at the door. While waiting, another customer came out from the courtyard area to complain that her pizza order had never been processedāeven though she had already paid. Staff allowed her to cut the line to resolve the issue, which added another 15 minutes of delay for everyone else. At that point, I had been waiting 45 minutes and was second in line, but the situation had become so chaotic and unbearable that I left without entering.
This experience was disappointing and avoidable. I hope management will consider upgrading both the ventilation and the customer processing system to ensure smoother, more respectful service for all guests.

The sald bar was delicious and all the games were working. Bathrooms were well kept.
Celebrated a family memberās birthday twice at the location. Play area somewhat clean, tables most of the time clean, employees are friendly and courteous. Pizzas taste great in my opinion.
Only 2 main issues are the bill and prices on products / packages are a bit high, Twice we been overcharged with pizzas that was billed that we did not order. For example 10 was ordered, but on the bill 13 and twice when itās refunded we didnāt get the entire refund as in the tax that was charged for the additional orders.
Overall the visit was good and the guests which are children had fun.

There is little staff on the weekends, and you have to wait in line for a long time to order or grab a band for the new trampoline attraction. It's unfair that the trampolines are small, but they only let very large people on them. They don't allow small children to enter because they don't have the height. The small children end up crying because they can't get in, and the families leave the place. I can't believe how they handle it.
