We had a great visit at Chuck E. Cheese today, and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brittany who was working in the kids play area. She was absolutely amazing with my daughter. An older boy started pushing and kicking her for no reason, and Brittany immediately stepped in, removed the boy from the area, and made sure to check on my daughter to see if she was okay. She handled the situation quickly, calmly, and with so much care. Thank you, Brittany, for looking out for the little ones and making us feel safe and cared for! You’re truly appreciated.

Great spot for kids! My 7-year-old had absolute blast—tons of games, music, and nonstop fun. A few machines were broken or glitchy, which was a little frustrating, but overall, the energy and staff were great. Convenient location right next to Grocery Outlet with easy parking. Perfect for a fun outing with little ones.

Michelle, the manager, keeps this location super clean! There was no trash in site and the bathrooms were spotless. She also has a very friendly team. Our party host, Jaida, was especially helpful and kind. Both the adults and kids had a great time! We will definitely be back soon!

Charles entertainment cheese has a great staff of very helpful people. Attended a birthday party there and it went smoothly. Great location. Only thing, quite a few of the games didn't work.
