Staff greeted us on the way in. There was an issue with my order (nothing crazy) but they quickly fixed it for me and were very kind and for that I am very thankful for tonight’s staff .

Arrived and line was spilling out the door , the young lady that helped us according to the receipt was Teresa, she was amazing, she ripped through the line like a ninja fast , efficient and very friendly and kind despite the line never getting shorter. It breaks my heart to get to the register and see their tip jar empty. Hundreds of happy customers and nothing not even a dollar. Some fields are deeply under paid. Keep your head up and keep up that great work ethic. I hope you get promoted and the tip jar explodes 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Cold Stone. The staff appeared visibly unhappy and unwelcoming, which made the visit uncomfortable. The lack of friendly interaction significantly impacted my overall experience.
This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this.it seems like each time I visit, the employees have a negative attitude and are not engaged in providing good customer service. When taking orders and serving ice cream, customers should always be greeted with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their staff’s customer service.

Understaffed. Long waits. But those that are there work hard. Only two staff there today.

Bad service

Terrible service, horrible people!
I went last Sunday and I was waiting in line for about half an hour, for them to end up serving a lady who was behind me, I had my three children, and they didn't even look to serve me, they only saw themselves among the employees making fun of me. I still asked them if they didn't want to serve me or what? But they didn't even look at me, they just ignored me. I took my children by the hand and left! But it's bad that they behave that way. 👎🏼😠

I have gone there several times, and my experience is always mediocre at best. Tonight all three of my orders were melted, and my pint of Birthday Cake Remix has almost no toppings in it. I’m done with this location.

Rude workers, not listening, having their AirPods in ignoring use the same scooper that has peanuts and all types of stuff stuck to it to pick up my babies gummy bears and he’s severely allergic to peanuts when I told her that she got mad threw the ice cream away and told me that I needed to tell her before remade the ice cream with attitude and was very rude and disrespectful it’s common sense, not to use the same dirty scooper a decent place would have their own scooper for each topping!!!

I think the girl named Michelle is very rude and authoritarian. I ordered a large snow to share with my family. Once he served it he covered it, but 2 seconds later, since I had ruined it, he uncovered my snow and took out some of the contents to throw it in the trash, I didn't understand why he did that, so he gives a terrible service, at the end of the day That night around 9:15 while I was in the store he stopped serving me to go say hello to a guy with a kiss. Bad!

Ordered two large cups of ice cream, one pistachio only and the other pistachio mixed with another flavor. Tried it after arriving home and both cups had a nasty strong chemical taste and determined that it was due to the pistachio flavor in both cups. I’m not sure if it’s because of the excessive food coloring used to make it green, or the type of extract, but regardless the ice cream was inedible and a waste of $19. I’ve ordered other flavors from this location and they were fine but the pistachio is just disgusting and unacceptable. Furthermore the customer service of this location is questionable at best. The workers are very slow-moving and their disposition always seems condescending when ordering. Makes the entire experience very uncomfortable.

I had placed my order online and thought I was going to make it on time but there was an accident on the way and made it after cold stone closes, luckily I saw some employees still and let them know I had an order but there was an accident and ask if I can still get the order. The girl said yes and was very polite, she saved the day. Thank you

I’ve come here about three times already and I can confidently give an honest review. The employees working there are a big problem. Every time I’ve walked in the staff look and act very annoyed to the point where it’s a little uncomfortable and awkward to be served. There’s a male staff there with a little ponytail who is passive aggressive and looks agitated when he see’s the line of people coming in. Look, I get it, I would be annoyed too but when the bad attitude affects what I buy then I’ma say something. The girl who served me looked annoyed serving me and didn’t have the Reese’s pieces I originally wanted for my ice cream. So I asked for a Oreo Overload and she literally put three (3) Oreos on a love size and barely even broke it up to be spread through the ice cream with measly chocolate chips and fudge. I turned a blind eye the last two times but please don’t be skimping out of toppings for peoples ice cream just because you hate your job be for real.
