Ordered $200 worth of wings for myself and 14 other coworkers. Went to pickup the order. It was never made. Worker blamed it on system issues, nothing they could do, and the response from corporate was simply “Sorry for the inconvenience.”
Nothing like explaining to all your coworkers they now have to find dinner elsewhere. Keep in mind I’ve spent $1000 here in the past year and a half.
Garlic Noodles is overdone and salty. We ordered extra crispy fries but it came in soggy.
To the owners: please deep clean the dining room (kitchen too if it’s anything like the dining room). The food here is usually pretty good when it’s available. Out of carrot sticks? Out of fried zucchini sticks as well. And the kicker, cold wings and fries. Oh and turn down the music coming out of one the televisions in the dining room.
The food is not the problem here it’s the service!! There phone NEVER works so if your coming from 20mins away you can’t call and place an order, they are always saying there short staffed and stop service 30mins before there supposed to close. I asked if I could place an order 20 mins before scheduled closing time and the worker replied with we can’t we’re trying to go home. Stay at home if you don’t want to work or complete your shift a customer shouldn’t have to waste gas and time coming here at a time there supposed to be open just for it to be closed because the workers don’t feel like working.
Came here on a Wednesday for their 98 cent wings. Note that you have to buy in multiples of 10, even though the sign says 10 pieces minimum. The people working here were very nice, but the food was a bit disappointing. The wings were covered in oil, which really distracted from any flavor they had. I probably wouldn't come back here.
Good food, really bad hygiene and food handling. I saw one of the kids that work here take garlic noodles out of the fridge and toss them in a pan and then use his hands to break up the frozen noodles into the pan. His hands were gloved but he had been using those same hands to touch counters, pan handles, rags, and dishwater. When he noticed I was watching he changed the gloves and started using tongs to stir the noodles. The food is pretty good but the way it’s handled is really nasty. Also, they steady getting my order wrong, so there’s that.
Terrible service, poor employees and fast food with poor nutrition

Rude attitude towards food delivery people, amateur employees, they can't put together a full order for delivery, instead of drinks they give you an empty glass so that the delivery people make drinks instead of the employees. Absolutely unsanitary conditions. I don't recommend ordering and delivering food from this restaurant.

I called the store a few times and no one picked up. I visited the store and asked if the phone was working and the workes said'I wouldn't know'. Are these Kids so scared of talking to people that they don't pick up the phone for orders?

I had the Buffalo & Mango Habanero 10 Piece. Man! They were slimy and nasty. Tables were dirty and unkept. Kids running the place with no structure. Twenty one & change out the window. The owners need to spend some time there and tighten up the place. An investment is only as good as you make it.
Outstanding customer service! They had accidently made a mistake on my order and not only did they own up to their mistake they were able to remake my order and allowed me the option of keeping the original order. They were super helpful and genuine. The wings were amazing. I look forward to try the other flavors.

First time here, ordered a bunch of options.
Got 40 wings of varying flavors (Chipotle, peanut, teriyaki and garlic parmesan). Teriyaki is almost too sweet, but flavorful. The Chipotle tastes like if you took the vinegar out of your average Buffalo sauce and replaced it with sugar, which isn't a bad thing.
The garlic parmesan tasted like domino's. Not my favorite, but my wife liked it.
The peanut was my favorite, but it needs way more peanuts and peanut butter. It needs that peanutty oomf.
We also ordered an Asian salad, but they didn't give us a fork, so we'll eat that at home.
We asked for chicken sandwiches, but they were out. So I got a 3 piece of mango habanero. The tenders were dry and mostly just bread, but the sauce was good. Sticky, sweet, spicy.
The only issue I had apart from the tenders was our server was a little short and unfriendly with us. I'm in the food industry and was going to tip her regardless, but she skipped the tipping screen. I said I was gonna tip her. She just sorta snapped at me and asked for my phone number. I asked why and she looked at me like I was dumb. "So we can text you when your order is ready."
I just think she's having a bad day, but it was a little abrupt and rude.

Shout out to "Ms. K." who went the extra mile to direct me with which wings to get if sensitive to gluten. I had the combo meal with Fire Buffalo and Habanero Mango - excellent wings and service. Thank you!

Ordered the Buffalo and Parmesan garlic wings with seasoned fries. The parmesan had a really good taste to them. The buffalo wings were about a 4 out 5, It could use a little more heat. The homemade ranch was good. overall I would return
