Fresh Off the Boat Seafood Company

I paid them 45$ for a delivery 7 days later. Than did not deliver. They did not call. They did not email or text. Now they have my money and no item was delivered.Wow, what a business model!

This is a seafood delivery company. I paid them to deliver crab and received a confirmation email. The day for delivery came and went. They did not deliver. They did not contact me to discuss a problem. They did not refund my money. In short, I paid them and got literally zero in return. I will update this post when/if the company rectifies the situation. Otherwise, anyone reading this should avoid the company as it is possibly fraud.

Im in Fairfield. I had to call to place an order. They made a special delivery to Fairfield for my order. Everything I ordered came fresh, very nice thick filets, and on time. I will be ordering again. Thank you so much.
