I walked into the store Saturday evening. 2 24 2024 5 o'clock walked up to the counter To buy a sandwich. The manager was talking to an employee. She looked at me in my eyes continued talking to the employee. I walk back to use. The bathroom It's locked came back and she said the only way you can use the bathroom is that you buy something? Can I use your bathroom and then buy a sandwich? She said no. Buy the sandwich first.

This spot was clean, I came in when they were starting to get stacked with orders, gentlemen on the line was busting them out with ease and the other who took my order was very friendly and clear, there was another customer who was being quite annoying be he handled the situation very well and quicklyThanks "A"

I ordered 3 sandwiches today and the “vegan” one, pirates . Gave me diarrhea wasn’t able to finish it. One no tomato came with tomato, the last one no American cheese, came with American cheese. Will never eat there again. Only my second and last time since the opened. For the price I would expect better.

Rude employee chomping on bread. Made it look like they were capable of making some sandwiches. Can’t write a sign that they’re closed. Just says “oven is broken till further notice”.
We love all the sandwich options and combos at Ikes and when it's made well, there's nothing better. We've been here quite a few times since they opened, and in the beginning, we looked past the missing ingredients and sauces on our sammies cuz they're new and still in training. It's understandable. But it's been years, and we still have the same issues. Paid extra for avocado or sauce, requested certain add ons, and it's missing when you open the bag. It's disappointing. I guess there's numerous reviewers saying the same, and it hasn't been resolved. I don't think we'll be back to see if it will.

I've long been a fan of ikes. I remember when the name was just Ike's Place. The location I first visited I believe was the very first ikes place. It was located in what I remember to be a cafe. I'm very happy to see the success of ikes over the years. I know longer have to travel to San Francisco to get my fix. My go to has always been the Peyton Manning #318. It comes with chicken, mushrooms, bacon, garlic and avocado. The location in pinole gave me a little too much mushroom. Other than that this sandwich was top tier. I'll be back

The staff here are absolutely wonderful!! Especially Isaac! He is a breath of fresh air, and was patience with me while taking my order. THANK YOU IKES! I'm honestly very happy there is a new location!Vegetarian options: Only sandwich place I know that offers an array of vegan and vegetarian options!!! Woo hoo!
