I normally don’t have issues here, always generally good experience. I also don’t go out of my to post reviews or complain, but today I experienced horrible behavior from an associate! As I was waiting for my drinks, I got a phone call, so I didn’t notice that my drinks were done and being called to pick them up. When I realized they were ready the associate was calling my order out in a rude tone and rolling her eyes. I went over and apologized that I didn’t come sooner and didn’t realized she was calling me. She continued to give an attitude, and rolled her eyes…she clearly had a problem with her facial reactions she gave me! Lol wow, all that attitude over this? I asked her if that was a problem, she proceeded to give me attitude and passed me my drinks. So that’s why I’m giving 1 star, 0 if I could! She also looked really concerned over the two young men there as well. I can’t…lol

If I could give negative stars for this Jamba Juice I would . No one greeted us - no one looked at me or my daughter- not one "thanks" or "be right with you" .. so my partner didn't tip- and then she very obviously gave another girl worker a dirty look and looked back at my partner - because he didn't tip!? You didn't deserve one! Teenie boppers expecting tips for doing absolutely nothing! I'm tired of it.

I normally enjoy this location but the staff working 11 Sunday May 28th could not mix the drinks correctly they were watered down horribly undrinkable they eere polite and did excellent service but the drinks themselves where one star

I ordered through doordash around 6:30pm, waited 40 minutes and the dasher said they were closed. It says they don’t close until 8pm but they decided to close at 6 I guess.
