I come to this KFC quite a lot, however, here lately at the drive thru, the order has been wrong consistently. It is like they don't even care weather or not they listen and attempt to put the correct food in the bag. The service very very slow!! I do believe I will go to another KFC due to the lack of concern for accuracy.

They stole my money, or messed up my order, depending on how you look at it. I drove through and ordered 5 piece tender with 2 mashed potatoes. He asked if j wanted fries. I said no two mashed potatoes. I paid TWENTY
dollars for this. When I get home there are NO mashed potatoes. Just the fries i said no i dont want. I have nothing to dip the tenders in. It's like a 10 minute drive back, so of course everything will be cold. Basically never going here again.

The drive-through service staff was unclear in receiving and explaining the order. He didn’t have the courtesy to explain what he meant when I ordered the chicken pieces. All he repeated was if I wanted meal or separate and because of the way he spoke I couldn’t understand. Glad that another server intervened and took my order. It really spoiled my day and the meal that I was going to enjoy. I don’t eat much at KFC, this was maybe my second drive- through order so yes I needed clarity in if the fried chicken was to be bought sperate or as a meal. I’m never coming back to KFC, Pinole ever again because servers aren’t trained to explain clearly or help people like me. Just repeating ‘separate’ or ‘meal’ doesn’t help. Sadly, with the high prices of kfc food, the service is crashing down.

Hispanic lady at drive-thru Rude & Overcharges but manager fixed employee mistakes so 5 star teaching moment.
I initially went through the drive-thru to order a 3 piece (crispy breast, wings, coleslaw & mashed potato) for my grandpa. The Hispanic lady told me the order was going to be almost $19. I left the drive-thru to go inside KFC & look at their menu. I called my grandparents to let them know so my grandma asked to let her know the cost of a 2 piece & extra side since the 3 piece was costly. The 2 piece & extra side was $19.06. I immediately got frustrated so it took the manager, Ms. Terri to get involved & correct the issues of the employee. The correct price for a 3 piece was $16.45 not $19. The Hispanic lady was OVERCHARGING for some chicken. Then had the audacity to argue with the manager when the manager was teaching her how to properly input a 3 piece order. Smh

I order number 14 and the Woman asks me if I want fries or other options, after she mentions the option I decided to get fries with my order!
She was very disrespectful and she said why I ask for opinions and I decided fries!
I told her you’re here to help Customers!
In the window to pay she told me if I don’t like I have to go and she said bad words!
I don’t think I get fast food on any KFC!
Thankfully the Customers have many others options!

The employees didn’t get our order right and made it more expensive and when we went back they got mad cause we simply asked for the soda they charged us for.
