Lola's Spanish Cuisine

I would just go and make the trip to visit them for the paella. It’s really tasty, really reminds me of the Spanish flavors and the rice is perfectly cooked. However, I recently became obsessed with their “bocadillo de calamares” or calamari sandwich, which resembles to the ones you can try in Madrid close to La “Plaza Mayor”. The empanadas are also delicious and very packed with the stuffing, it’s not just dough like in other places. All the tapas they have can make you travel to Spain itself. I go every weekend. You will usually find them in Pinole’s farmers market on Saturdays and Kensington’s Farmers Market on Sundays. It’s worth the trip ! Highly highly recommend it !

Authentic & excellent Spanish Food. Working with the owners Adriana & Felix was a great experience. The Seafood Paella was delicious as well as tapas; gazpacho(unbelievably good!) tortilla Espanola, & croquettes. I requested a special dessert that I had at my husband’s family’s wedding & they made it happen!!! Everything was on time, delicious, easy and their food made my business dinner a true success. The best spanish food in San Francisco area

So delicious - We were treated to authentic Seville-style paella cooked before us and then enjoyed by all. We had a choice of seafood or vegetarian. I had seafood, but the vegetarian was also raved about. Even with our very large group, there was plenty left over for seconds.

What can I say? They were wonderful. They catered a party of 65 in Penn Valley and were loved by all.. Felix even entertained us with a sevillana dance!
