Review is for online app plus the food experience. Not the actual restaurant, service there is great.
Online deals are great but only because the quality is seriously lacking in those food items. There hasn't been a big Mac yet that hasn't had small hoof chunks. Every other bite is grit and bone. Pleasant experiences are few and far in between.

Great service by manager ordering at the counter. She helped me check the available happy meal toy and made sure the right one went into meal. Well worth the wait.

A lady cut in front of me at the drive through (she didn’t even order just drive up to the window) she was making absolutely bogus complaints trying to say she’s been overcharged for a soda and received the wrong soda numerous times in the past (but didn’t say anything then) and she drove to McDonald’s just to complain today - I think she was holding an in N out cup and complaining to Kyle and Yair. They handled the complaint like absolute professionals and better than almost anyone would have. I’ve been to this McDonalds multiple times and this is one of the good ones which why I keep coming back. My order is always correct and my food comes out exactly how it’s supposed to. Working in customer service is already hard enough without having to deal with stuff like that. Kyle and Yair handled the situation as quickly as possible so they could continue serving other people and I really appreciated that as I had to get to work.

I just spent $20.00 dollars for two cheeseburgers a fry and nuggets. They forgot the barbecue sauce and the way the add looked and for 20 bucks I'm assuming you would atleast get double cheeseburgers... This is the last time I go to McDonald's. Thank you for ending this horrible addiction I have had since you bribed me with toys as a child and good riddence to your horribly overpriced slop you corporate overlords call food. For 20 dollars I can make actual burgers. Not thin meat substitute.
