The workers are always so kind and helpful when my friends and I visit! We’re from out of town, but this is our favorite Korean donut shop, so we always try to make a stop when we can.
Big fan of their guava cream cheese & love that they always have a fruity pebble donut available!! Would definitely recommend :)

The staff here are completely unprofessional.
I understand that they are kids, but the main person who gives us problems or does not know how to work in the service industry is the person who trains the cashier.
On three separate occasions she has offended our family and acted rude and disrespectful. When confronted about it she tries to hide it behind false innocence.
It's just Boba, an entry level job . Its not that serious and does not necessitate attitude.
Chill and just serve your customers with a smile.
Me and my family willl not be coming this location ever again.
Save your self the trip and go to the Boba in El Sobrante or Richmond. Much better people there.

Every time I come home from college, this is the first spot I need to visit. The atmosphere in-store is spectacular, and the folks at the counter have always been lovely to me.
Vibes aside, the food is also Really good. Even though I tend to go later in the day, the donuts are always perfectly chewy (as all good mochi donuts are), and they've always got a great variety of flavors available.
The drinks are also super fun. The ube milk tea is always a banger choice, but I was pleasantly surprised by their horchata this time around! Big recommend.
Tl;dr: W place, W service, W food. I would trade all of my worldly possessions for one of their elote or potato half and half dogs.

I love the donuts and the ace lemonade, I went yesterday around 1pm and the person who took our order was rude! I mean… we get there and they didn’t even ask if we want anything we wait in front of the cashier a lot while they knew we there… but for some reason 😵💫 they were like ignoring us, my boyfriend even wanted to leave because of the poor costumer service and the actitud of the cashier. Also when our order was ready they didn’t even let us know… they just put it there and leave it without saying anything. The costumer service was terrible.
