Getting a response from one of the business managers is great but it didn't make up for the extra money I had to shell out for extras on a 30.00 MEDIUM pizza that didn't have what I asked for. Maybe the employee that is making the pizza read what the order is and make the pizza the way it is orderd. Maybe there needs to be a second person checking the pizza after it is made to ensure the pizza is correct.
i ordered a pizza 2 days ago. When I opened the box, the pizza wasn't even round. It had a weird shape. I didn't know if it was made that way or if it was smashed in the box. The cheese pizza and sauce also didn't taste the same. It may have been a bad day but the pizza is so expensive that( $50 + tip to driver) I can't really afford to take that chance again.
