When my daughter and I decided to have dinner, it was past 9 p.m. and Panda Express was still open that late. The chef was still preparing chowmein, and it was wonderful for the person helping us to let us know it would be a 6-minute preparation if we chose to wait and eat the food while hot instead of selecting what was left in the bowl at the counter. Service was pretty quick. Very neat place. A line formed after we had arrived. I think it was the only place open at that hour....
I like coming to this panda express, and I think that they're the best in the Bay Area in making the Kung Pao chicken, in my opinion. The thickness of the sauce and the ratio to the chicken goes perfectly with the vegetables and the peanuts. The only downside is that there are people loitering at the door, and it's uncomfortable.
