The pho broth is here easily one of my favorites in the Bay. I always get the #1 w/ added oxtail. Everything else on the menu like the vermicelli bowls, rice plates and Banh mi’s are all delicious too.
Service is great, the front staff are friendly and they all work hard to get everything out to you as fast possible. As long as they’re open, they will always stay on my rotation of restaurants

I love the Pho here But honestly we gotta talk about the Flys 🪰 inside the restaurant. I understand it's okay for you to leave the door open , but if you are constantly having flies inside the restaurant , please put a spring net for preventing fly coming inside the restaurant. I'm always fighting with the flies Sometimes they land on my food and then they fly away.It's very disgusting. I really hope someone sees this review and can't do something about it.

Im not a fan of the servers, especially that woman with a twin sister. Her attitude is hard to figure out, she might seem snobbish, or maybe thats just her personality. She doesnt greet or smile. In fact, none of them do, unless they dislike you.
So, I decided to go to a different Vietnamese restaurant where I feel more welcome. I'm done with this place. POS

The guy who seated us kept looking over if we ready to order but never checked on us til I signaled him to help us. Looks like a new employee. The food is always good!! But no one really checks on you if you need anything.

Long wait time. The waiter couldn't understand English or what we were trying to order. The noodles were over cooked. Its annoying to eat while flies are around the food. I also didn't like my iced coffee served in a plastic container. After they serve your food they dont come back to check up on how youre doing. I honestly had better service at other PHO places.

I usually like to eat BBH over Pho Dac biet. I tried there pho combo n it was better than there BBH that my brother order. So there best with there pho. Everything was good overall for the area n services n price was too.

The bun rieu is okay… sort of. The noodles were overcooked, and it came with a very small portion of imitation crab and tofu chunks. I wish it had some shrimp or pork blood cakes. Service very bare bones and no frills, you order then pay at the counter. Plenty of parking in a large lot. Maybe their pho is better.
