Please be careful here and look into your food. I had ordered food to be taken to my job for my lunch. In the middle of me eating the chicken pho, I find a COCKROACH HEAD INSIDE of the soup. Not sure if this is an infestation issue but regardless, this shows the lack of care for the customers health. Absolutely disgusting.

Pho Hoa Noodle Soup in Pinole is an absolute hidden gem. From the very first spoonful, it is clear that their soups are on another level—rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying. The broth is exceptionally well-balanced, full of depth and authentic flavor that keeps you coming back for more.

I've been to all the other locations in the Bay area, stopped in on this location in an evening and was seated relatively quickly.

Was approached for waters and drinks for the table In the end they did not give us what we asked for which was tea. 25 minutes later as we finished up we still never received any tea and there seem to be a very large language barrier for some strange reason with multiple people stopping by our table to help decipher what we wanted.

For starters the beef stew was very watery almost like beef broth and not beef stew broth. It was very runny and thin. The excuse I was given was that they make it with the noodles and when they took the noodles out, that pulled out the gelatin consistency. I have never seen or experienced this in 10 years of ordering beef stew. The beef portion of meat was good however I wish the broth was better considering the price. They tell me it is made daily in the morning. I have a very hard time believing that the noodles were in the soup the whole time and were pulled out to be replaced with French bread. This has not been my experience over the years, And when I have made mobile delivery such as through DoorDash, the quality was good except for this location on this occasion, with no issues related to the quality of the stew broth.

The avocado rolls were fresh and high quality and the peanut dipping sauce was good as well.

There was also an additional order for a beef broth pho, and the meat was low quality for sure and seemed like it was yesterday's meat. They had a very dark color not typically seen with higher quality pho meat.

The restroom was clean considering the number of people in the restaurant.

I do not plan on attending or revisiting this location, perhaps other locations in California.

After a disappoint San Francisco restaurant review I happy to be back on the positive. Excellent Pho I had the number 15 meaty lripe tendon brisket steak y'all know the traditional. I was going to do a photo when bowl was full . I think the empty bowl says it better. The spoon had a hook on handle so it didnt slide into bowl a real plus some Pho restaurants neglect. Broth was subtle not too salty. Dense flavor . Tendon was soft and melt in your mouth plenty of healthy fresh basil.. Server came to table and poured more water. This is a good stop. Traditional in flvor decor and attitude. Couldn't ask for more.

I’m not hesitant to hit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ at this place, my favorite bowl was sate beef noodle. It so tasty and flavorful. I just loved it so much! Best sate beef noodles I’ve ever had!

I recently visited this place and ordered a large pho with steak along with two summer rolls. This review is purely my personal opinion and may be a bit biased.

The pho broth tasted more like a store-bought extract diluted with water, which reminded me of what you might expect from a chain or franchise restaurant. Unfortunately, I couldn’t detect the deep, rich flavors typically found in more traditional pho spots. The meat and noodles were fine, but the broth lacked the depth and complexity that makes pho comforting and memorable.

As for the summer rolls, the ingredients were fresh, but the dipping sauce was overly sweet and commercial-tasting, likely heavy on corn syrup. Personally, I would have preferred a homemade-style peanut sauce for a better balance.

That said, the restaurant was clean, and the restroom was well-maintained, which I do appreciate. The staff was polite, and service was prompt. Overall, I’d say the food was just okay. If you’re looking for a quick bite in a clean setting, this might work, but if you’re after authentic pho flavor, you might want to explore other options.

Great tasty Pho.

Easy going place
Menu is straight to the point and the food is excellent. Good quantity as well.

To start I normally don’t like to write bad reviews but today I felt force as they treated me like a animal and where rude on top of that I got asthma and the sit me down on a table right on the side door and there workers smoking coming in and out and I’m trying to eat my food and they don’t even care if it’s cold out side and I’m just getting hit by the cold wind and second hand smoke is disturbing how little they care for others.

Yummy pho and good price! The food came out very fast and the people were very friendly.
