Qualitea (Pinole Location)

Small boba shop, the owners are so nice and welcoming! I really like how they offer different milk alternatives and toppings. My favorite drink is the house milk tea with boba pearls and pudding, it’s so good!

Such delicious boba tea!! The staff was incredibly helpful—we brought our kids and they helped us figure out what would be appropriate drinks to give them (no caffeine, no sugar level but added sweetness from the fruit). Great prices, too!

Sharetea used to be my go-to, but ever since I’ve tried this place it can’t be beat! Best boba I’ve tried!

QualiTea has quickly become one of my fave bubble tea spots. It’s a definitely a hidden gem in Pinole. The customer service is always friendly and helpful whether you decide to order from them directly at the counter or from their in-store tablet. Drinks are prepared in a timely manner and always taste terrific.

QualiTea has a good variety of beverages available from their menu or you can make your own drink. I recommend any of their sparkling drinks. The prices are really good for what you get, and the quality is always top notch. The tea is very flavorful, the pearls are chewy, sweet and not too big . The shop itself is very clean with modest and cute decor. My family and I visit the shop any time we’re in the shopping area.

I highly recommend Qualitea! Their customer service is impeccable and their drinks are incredible. If you’re looking for a good boba spot, I’d definitely check it out. Their pink sparkle drink is delicious! ?

Had a very unpleasant experience at this location, there was 2 women working there and were very unprofessional. Would not come back here again. Give another location your service. Not able to follow a simple order, drink was horrible.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! NEVER GIVE SERVICE TO QUALITEA , NO ?? QUALITY, it doesn’t matter to the apparently to them. My girl was very dissatisfied and went to starbucks instead.

Super underrated place to get Boba, really slept on! Good prices too, compared to the Sharetea in Hercules. Staff is super friendly, drinks are good, and the place is really clean. There is also self order iPads if you’d like. Thanks Qualitea!

My first time here but my wife comes here all the time so I decided to stop by for a quick drink. Staff was friendly and place was clean. The guy who helped me greeted me with a smile and was very nice. He made my drink and also brought it around the counter where I was sitting to hand it to me. Nice touch. Very courteous and not expected. Tried the grapefruit with aloe jelly and it was really good. Overall great experience with the staff and drink was very good. I will definitely go back. ?

I enjoyed my experience at Qualitea, the drink was really good and boba was nice and chewy. Service was excellent as well, I had made a mistake while ordering and they went out of the way to make me a new drink. They always provide greate service, staffs are always smiling and makes you feel welcome. I like the decor as well, it makes it feel nice and likely.
