Great place. You can tell it’s their passion. Nice and clean and I love that their boba has many toppings included in the price

I absolutely love this boba spot! Their strawberry matcha latte is my favorite — perfectly balanced and so refreshing. Scott is amazing — he’s always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about customizing drinks to make them just right. You can really tell he cares about the customers. Such a kind person and great service every time! Definitely support them — they deserve it!

TERRIBLE! DONT COME HERE. there are too many other boba places to try. Went here 3 times first time was great, 2nd time was ok and by the 3rd visit it was horrible. One of my drinks tasted like it had powder not mixed in very thick and goopy, another had hard chucks of taro paste. While the other two lacked flavor. These are the same drinks each time but made completely different every time. They have a sign that says they’ll remake them but when I spoke with the manager he said he would not remake them or give a refund. I never wanted a refund just my drinks remade. He proceeded to tell me he couldn’t remake them but offered me a free topping. Even though I have a voicemail from the employee Mae saying they could remake it. Again there’s too many other boba places to go in the area.

The best boba ever! It’s the only boba place I’ll go to. You can really taste the quality here. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I come here so much and they know my order by heart. I always get the dirty panda with boba. It’s delicious!

This is my favorite neighborhood boba tea shop. The drinks are customizable and the staff knows what flavors work together. The owners are so nice and incredibly kind. My husband and I used to go there at least twice at week when I was pregnant. After my daughter was born, the owner still recognized us and remembered our go to drinks even though we hadn’t been there in a couple months.

My favorite neighborhood bubba spot in pinole. The staff and owner are amazing. They know how to customize the drinks. Just the way the customer wants. We can customize the base. You can customize the sugar level and ice.

Ordered a Jasmine milk tea with boba and a Taro milk tea thru Doordash—both were tasty. Just wish there was more boba in the Jasmine.

If you live in San Pablo/Pinole/Richmond area, this is the best boba place you can go to.

Small boba shop, the owners are so nice and welcoming! I really like how they offer different milk alternatives and toppings. My favorite drink is the house milk tea with boba pearls and pudding, it’s so good!

Such delicious boba tea!! The staff was incredibly helpful—we brought our kids and they helped us figure out what would be appropriate drinks to give them (no caffeine, no sugar level but added sweetness from the fruit). Great prices, too!

Sharetea used to be my go-to, but ever since I’ve tried this place it can’t be beat! Best boba I’ve tried!

QualiTea has quickly become one of my fave bubble tea spots. It’s a definitely a hidden gem in Pinole. The customer service is always friendly and helpful whether you decide to order from them directly at the counter or from their in-store tablet. Drinks are prepared in a timely manner and always taste terrific.

QualiTea has a good variety of beverages available from their menu or you can make your own drink. I recommend any of their sparkling drinks. The prices are really good for what you get, and the quality is always top notch. The tea is very flavorful, the pearls are chewy, sweet and not too big . The shop itself is very clean with modest and cute decor. My family and I visit the shop any time we’re in the shopping area.
