Think of a place that always makes you happy. Shhhh. Don't tell anyone our secret. It's our close-by under-rated go-to Italian bistro that's always glad we're there, for ritual unwinding on Friday nights over food and wine with a staff that gets our affection for the comforts they bring, certain that we won't be disappointed with anything. Expensive? Not. Behind that modest storefront is an intimate atmosphere, service as near to perfect as I know and that Italian cooking like mama's home made. The cook/chef is a real pro. I haven't had everything on the nicely-balanced menu but what treats I've had. Properly prepared and completely satisfying. They have a short list of moderately priced wines and good selections by the glass, the most expensive under $10. It's not a place I would go for a cocktail unless I'm sitting at the bar watching basketball. I'd like to see one or two different desserts and maybe a different table bread. And that's it. Can't wait for Friday night to roll around.

Been going here since 2003 and so thankful that this restaurant survived the COVID crisis. It’s our go-to Italian dining because of proximity and primarily for consistently delicious meals. My favorites are their Oso Bucco and Cioppino. I’d have given it 5 stars if they had a finer wines to pair with their delicious entrés.

I tried the halibut special tonight and it was delicious. My husband's Pollo Martine was very good, also. Manhattan up and mango cosmo was very good!

This place was a big disappointment. Terrible service and the food was not good at all. Their “daily fresh baked bread” was hard as a rock, minestrone was basically hot garbage water. Not even close to Italian food. Aggressive and argumentative staff. Anyplace else would have been better.Wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this restaurant.

I was so disappointed in my food. I went there hungry with some delicious pasta on my mind. I came at closing and they still took my order. That was nice of them. Then when I got home and seen my food, I was upset. My food visually took my appetite. I asked for extra cream sauce and that should have been the least of my worries. My Fettuccine was a BIG MISS. The chicken looked boiled and the shrimp were definitely frozen. I can't see myself returning. Unless it's to give them lessons on what Fettuccine should look and taste like. ?Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere.Parking: Plenty of parking.

We've come for dinner here twice a month for the past eight years. Excellent in every way.Vegetarian options: The spaghetti, butternut squash ravioli, fettuccine, and pear salad are excellent vegetarian options.Parking: Always able to park mere steps from the restaurant.

Food was as good as always. But not crowded at 6:00. Service was okay. Overworked people. Also, more pricy and smaller portions

With only a party of two and very few dine-in patrons for a Saturday night dinner, we received superb attention from our server, Dennis, who was friendly and professional. Rather than guess, he checked with the kitchen to properly respond to a question that I had about one of the cheeses used in one of their dishes. We had the pasta shells dish with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and a sheep cheese that was a bit strong for my taste, but it was an overall delicious meal. My friend enjoyed her osso bucco too, although she mentioned that it was a bit too salty. The desserts we had, as shown, were absolutely delicious - definitely not for those on a keto diet! While the dining area was clean and airy with lots of windows, the restroom had a damp mop smell, although it was otherwise visibly clean and well stocked. Regardless, I'll eventually make a return visit.Parking: Unless there's a large party or event here, there is ample parking available surrounding the front and side of the building.

A hidden gem! we got the Antipasto sampler, a Calzone, and the Gnocchi. Everything was delicious. They also serve homemade fresh focaccia and have a great wine selection. So glad to find another great local restaurant to frequent!

The food tasted great but I specifically asked if there was a lot of shrimp in the dish and was told yes. It was sold and I purchased it as a dinner. That drastically lowered the quality of service and food. Had they been honest about the shrimp, it might have been 5 stars because I would have ordered a different meal. There were only 8 small shrimp. Not enough to count as a meal (it was one of the specials). It was mostly the starch. Also, practically no vegetables.

Very good food and service, but a bit pricey. The tiramisu was wonderful.
