We haven't been to a Sizzler in quiet some time. I had the salad bar but it seems like there is less options then before. Wings were salty, sala was too spicy but overall was ok. Wife had the steak & shrimp platter but was shorted the amount of shrimp. Daughter had the bacon burger which was just the standard burger. It took quite some time for food to be served without a large crowd. Server was very nice, polite and professional. Standard atmosphere for a Sizzler. Nothing changed since the last time we patronize this restaurant.

horrible service, cashier wasn't nice, waiter very very slow and wasn't attentive, didn't get drinks correct. Will not be returning because of the horrible service the cashier insisted i choose a side i said i didn't want a side he wouldn't complete my order until I choose a side. my mother n law whose birthday we were celebrating had to go track the waiter down for more drinks and shrimp. the salad bar ran out of chicken wings and never got replenished the whole time we were there. we were there last year and the service was horrible as well. we thought that maybe service got better but it didn't so we won't be returning.

Unfortunately, our visit was not the most pleasant. We had two orders of steak requested medium, but both came out well done. One was so well done that it was borderline inedible. We didn’t even try to have it remade because it looked like the place was short staffed and we had to leave. The waitstaff were nice but were busy and hard to get a hold of. I’m embarrassed to say that some of the patrons were less than courteous at the salad buffet. Basic etiquette is not difficult.

We waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and it was wrong. We ordered beef and was given chicken. Not about to wait 30 more minutes for a sandwich. Some food at the salad bar were not fresh. This was around 1pm on 9/27/25.

Oddly enough, I wasn't in the mood for a steak...lol Although I enjoy eating steaks at Sizzler, I wanted to try a different dish. I highly recommend the Chicken Club sandwich. It was juicy, flavorful, and the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned! Give it a try! I'd order that again as a good alternative to steak.

Taco bar was old stale and flavorless,the ice-cream bar was messy stuck everywhere on the dish itself.looked like the cone that was upside-down in the drain had been there all day.the bathrooms were dirty and the service was terrible.if they even came to your table without asking them.will never return.waste of money

Very disappointed with the quality of the food and service. When we 1st arrived, there was one person in line to get help with their order. Nobody was at the counter. I thought maybe they were on break. Finally someone arrived and it took 15 minutes for us to be seated. Not sure what the delay was but it is what it was. All we ordered was the salad bar and a couple of drinks. The lettuce was nice and cold (which is why I’m giving a very generous two star) but was already browning. The toppings looked a few days old and the salad dressings were all out as well. The soup was out and the taco bar fixing was out. The desert table looked like a total disaster. Not appealing at all. My GF even pointed out the at the person tending the salad bar was using the same rag to clean the counter and then the food containers. Very unsettling. She couldn’t eat her salad after seeing that. I’m very surprised that the health department has not shut this restaurant down. I’m sure it’s only open because they offer a 15% senior discount because that’s who most of the patrons were in the place eating. It wasn’t busy and I just couldn’t believe the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. It’s not like it was a cheap meal either. It cost close to $52 for two which included tip. I haven’t been to a sizzler in well over 20 years and will never step foot in one ever again. Just glad I didn’t bring my whole family with me. I would’ve spent well over $200 and definitely demanded my money back. After reading several reviews, it sounds like this place was good a few years ago but has gone down hill within the last year or so. It’s really too bad. I was looking forward to a nice dinner and had so many other options to choose from.
