My steak was tiny and had more gristle than meat. Salad bar was missing many items. The stuff looked like it had sat there all day. Service was lackluster. The noise was so loud, we could not talk during the meal.

On a previous visit one of the guest complained that steak was rare. They sent meat back twice. Guest was given a check to be used later. Waitress came to me and said child in my party had missed handled food and the section had sat in was closed. She was rude and i told her to give my money back. She said she threw the guest credit in the garbage. I will not return to this one. Again

I live in San Diego and have never been to Pinole. I made an online order using the zip code 92113 and for some internet error the online order for pickup went to the Pinole store which is 8 hours away. Immediately contacted the store to cancel the order and prevent my bank account from being charged and to prevent the order from being made. The female who answered the phone claimed to be the manager she wasn't and then gave wrong information saying I had to go through the website. Per website any issues with order has to be handled through the store. I have been attempting to deal with this for three days. My bank account was charged and now I have to file through my bank. Poorly trained management and employees. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I frequently go to the sizzler in my home town and I have no complaints. However, I can't say the same about the Pinole Sizzler.... Probably, the most filthy restaurant I've ever been too- the bathroom, the main floor, food area.... Totally unacceptable.. disgusting! Thanks but no thanks!

Food: Not the best in town. Good enough to chow down and get you full! The salad options are limited, only lettuce and baby spinach. Lots of dressing and other veggies to add on, corns, peas, mushrooms, shredded carrots...etc. The fish and chips are decent, at least they're willing to season it generously! Not like other restaurants, just fry and serve, no seasoning! Service: the server and hostess are very nice and with a sincere smile. Something that I always treasure about! When someone work their arse off all day and still kept a smile on their face, they deserve you compliments! Ambiance: it is a classic American diner! High ceiling, lots of windows, a nice view of the HWY 80, etc!

I only go to sizzler to keep my palette from permanently going ferral and to remind my body what living longer is suposed to taste like. And they have pretty waitresses that deliver magic bread. OK!! Fine… Tbh, i just need the ice cream cone. Thats it. The salad bar could be all eggplants and boiled gooses and im still gunna show up just to engulf that sugar cone (and the paper wrapper) before i even leave the parking lot… smh

We come here to celebrate my mother. Food is average and steaks are a little below average. I typically get the steak (medium rare) and ayce shrimp. When I get my food, the steak is cooked well done. The service is great though. Staff are always very nice.

I ordered the Steak Med Well, Unlimited Shrimp. When I received my food the steak was burnt and very tough. My waiter was wonderful. He saw that it was burnt and insisted he get me another one. The second one was just right. The person or persons who cleans the tables were not on their job. There were 5 tables that had not been cleaned when we left. Would I go back to that Sizzlerprobably not.
