Service by Memo was awful. He was the Barnstable, did not help with mobile orders. Could only make 1 drink at a time, so my drink took 13 minutes to make while not that busy. The only reason why it isn't 0 is because the two femalee mployees who jumped in after Memo went on break, one from the cashier register and one to receive Memo, got every think caught up. Memo's break relief made w drinks at a time to catch up. Didn't catch her name.

put in a mobile order, it took them over 15 minutes for them to acknowledge my order, but I had to say something first. They finally decided to work on it while I was requesting a refund. The wyt male barista was petty as I was getting my refund showed the ticket and crumbled it up as the other male barista was trying to ask for it to complete my refund. It shouldn't take 20 mins to start a drink. Please don't put in a mobile order here, your time will be wasted and you will be treated like you don't exist.
