Terrible service. They have closing hours at 9:30 p.m. I arrived at 9:10 p.m. and the door was closed. It was only drive-thru., I went to the drive-thru window and they told me I could only order with a car What a stupid answer and a black girl even mockingly told me that it wasn't possible. In reality, those people who are serving me don't have the capacity to serve, they just say stupid things. For my part, they don't deserve a single star. Only one will appear because Google asks for it.

Had to do an exchange for a drink order in the Drive-Thru and received an argumentative and aggressive response... I even apologize for asking for a different drink and offered to pay for it but instead their manager was brought out and talked to me like a child... Very unfortunate I loved this location however they are very unprofessional... I will say however the young man who works there is very nice!

The drive thru lane is too narrow that drivers keep rubbing their tires against the cement border. And the lane exit is made only to make left turn. Those drivers who make right turn always hit the cement borders Convenience us good but your tire is expensive. Almost $200.00 each. The owner should widen the drive thru.
I have a starbucks thats 5 minutes away from my house; but I drive to this one because it's tastes better. The coffee is better, they make the drinks delicious. Service is fast.

The second time I've been here. The second time my order was wrong. It almost feels like I'm destined to never get my order right. Both times my orders were redone. Both times the second attempt was still wrong. I only go here because the location closest to me doesn't have the drinks that I want. So I'll probably still end up coming back. Let's see if third times a charm.

Terrible service!! Waited 34 min in the drive thru, she handed me the wrong drink she remade it and it was disgusting, this place is a joke! Better off driving the additional 5 min to any other Starbucks in the area.

This was my first and last visit. As I was placing my order, I had changed my mind and asked to change my whole milk to oat milk. The woman working drive-thru with the thunder tattoo on her elbow told me, “No” because she had already “steamed the milk.” However, I was still not done with my order and it had be contemplating if I should even pay for the order. But, because of the nice male employee, he calmed me down. Though he did well, I will not be coming back because of his was highly unprofessional and not service-centered…
P.s. these coffees are too expensive for yall to not be accommodating. Do better!
