This Starbucks has a drive through, so don’t try to go inside when it’s busy. There are like 10 people frantically working behind the counter, but my order got lost in the hustle. There is an okay amount of seating inside.

This Starbucks Cx Service is amazing..staff of young employees are always smiling and courteous.Cons: Bathroom is often-even early morn when just opening untidy supplies usually empty and not clean.Lobby is vanilla, doesn't offer charging for Laptop work.There's always business related materials, papers, schedules, invoices laying around counters which is reflection of the potentially poor management.

Parking: Located in the lucky’s shopping center. I purchased the grande vanilla sweetcreme nitro.Service is really good. The drive thru is always busy so expect to wait if you are going thru the drive thru. The store is very busy in the morning and weekends.

10/4/23I ordered a single espresso from Pinole California Starbucks on Fitzgerald Avenue via my APP.After driving away to work in San Francisco, I began drinking my espresso.After I arrived and parked my car, I went to swallow the last of my espresso.I noticed something floating at the bottom of my cup.I dumped out the last of my espresso on the ground and there was a worm.I called Pinole Starbucks and informed the manager.I asked her for the regional manager phone number which she provided.I called Regional Manager Pete at415-350-4276 informing of my experience.I also sent this photo via text to him of the worm I noticed floating in my espresso.Pete never returned my call.Pete never replied to my text after I sent snapshot of the worm I found in my espresso. The next day I bought deworming medication from CVS. I also spoke with my MD. After over a week of waiting for Pete to return with a courtesy call, on 10/23/23,I contacted Starbuck customer service. Starbucks customer service reimbursed me the cost of the deworming medication which was $30.00That's all Starbucks customer service feel you are worth when they attempt to poison your digestive system.

2 stars because staff is always very friendly and nice. Also, it is always clean inside. Always a line but they keep it moving. Unfortunately, I went there tonight and ordered 2 drinks, 1 for me and 1 for my 12 year old. I ordered hers first and I knew it was gonna be a long night so I added an espresso shot to mine. Not sure how they mixed it up but the added espresso shot was definitely in my 12 year olds drink. Won't be coming back to this location again !

Coffee at starbucks don't come cheap. We pay premium price. Every time we go for coffee, we expect the taste to be same or better. Here some days its best and many more days its terrible. They seem to rush to do many order instead of making coffee taste better. I have been here many times; i would say 75% of my Coffeys was terrible and 25% of the time it was good. its a total hit & miss. If i plan to drink here i always take a taste and ask them to remake if it does not taste good. Also, many times they don't look happy if i ask them to remake coffee.
