I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the behavior of Sonu, a manager at your Starbucks location, and her supervisor. My recent experience with them was not only disappointing but also distressing, as I felt treated rudely and dismissively while seeking assistance.

During my visit, I encountered Sonu, who displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy in her interactions with me and other customers. Her tone was condescending, and her responses were unhelpful, leaving me feeling belittled and unwelcome. When I attempted to address my concerns, she insisted that she had "backup" from HR, implying that her behavior was justified and that she would not face any repercussions for her actions. This assertion only added to my sense of frustration and helplessness as a customer.

It is unacceptable for any employee, especially in a managerial position, to treat customers in such a manner. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. The lack of accountability for such behavior raises serious concerns about the work environment at this location and the standards set by your company.

I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter, as I believe that both Sonu and her supervisor need to be held accountable for their actions. It is imperative that your establishment fosters a culture of respect and professionalism, not only for customers but also for employees.

One of the best Starbucks locations, when you buy from this location you can use target rewards and Starbucks rewards! I love the staff at this location they always make sure the drink is exactly how you asked as many modifiers I add, 10 out of 10.

I got there at 7:40pm and they said they was closing when they close at 8:00pm very rude

I tried one of the new lemonade. It was delicious and very pretty. My picture was taken after I got home so it had melted, but it was still very good.

Terrible service. 3 staff standing around talking, ignoring customers. Tables and floors could do with cleaning. Too busy talking about nothing work related. Inventory very poor, no lemon cake or snacks to speak of. Also no whipped cream for the drinks required. One of the worst Starbucks around. Don’t know how they keep trading. Glad there are other Starbucks around. Good luck keeping the doors open with this pathetic store.
