I went to Subway on Pinole Valley Rd in Pinole on Saturday, 7/19/25 about 5:15PM with 3 others. I ordered 3 meatball footlongs, 2 with extra meat using the 3 for $19.99 coupon. She said this was OK ($3.35 extra each). Then she refused to honor the 3 for $19.99 coupon, allowing only one with extra meat per coupon. She insisted on using the 2 for $13.99 and1 for $7.99 coupons and ringing it up as orders instead of one. This cost a total of $2.00 plus tax (~$2.21, rounding up) more, and I no longer had those 2 coupons for later. She would not honor the 3 for $19.99 as she said she would. Without the extra meat, there are not even enough meatballs to fill one row of meatballs on the sub. Either the meatballs are smaller or they are putting fewer meatballs on the subs. The subs tasted great with the double meat and all the extras, but when they say they will honor a coupon for limited items, including the meatball then don't and don't tell the customer until after the subs are made, and will not budge, this tells me they are not an honest business.

I simply asked for a foot long and the worker making it for me asked to see my feet?? I don’t know if it’s some kid of funny joke but I felt extremely uncomfortable and had to leave.

I walked into subway expecting to make a delicious sandwich, So i wanted a footlong and i slammed my toes on the counter signifying i wanted a footlong. They didn’t understand the message and instead kicked me out while i was barefoot. Didn’t even get my food 2/10

Placed an order on the app, the app said the order was ready. Showed up, service was very slow, and they ended up helping the person that showed up after me first. Finally got my order 20 minutes after the app said it was ready.

I work in the area and as of recently I've been visiting pretty frequently for lunch and/or dinner i use the app to order, My last 3 visits I've asked for extra meat on my sandwich and did not receive it.This past visit.I didn't receive any meat on my sandwich.It was just veggies and Cheese. I've asked for a manager when I've gone in to pick up my order and there's never one available. 👎🏽👎🏽

This is a nice and clean subway and the line wasn’t long at all. The lady working was very friendly and nice to chat with as she made our sandwiches. They were out of cucumbers and spinach however.

I went into the location this afternoon after a long day at work for a delicious Sandwich for my family and I. The worker Only female was very rude when I told her it was a coupon she said it’s Expired without looking at it I reassured her I received it TODAY. She did not accept my coupon I did not order any of the EXCLUDED sandwiches. she still denied my coupon my sandwiches where pretty much containing nothing she had an attitude the whole time and asked me if I needed a bag , Well I have 4 , foot long sandwiches i can’t carry them . The lady threw the bag on my sandwiches and walked away .. walked away didn’t even put the sandwiches in the bag I had to bag them myself . Terrible customer service and she accepted everyone coupon EXCEPT MINE . This subway just lost a good customer spending 60+ on a visit and for once wanted to use a coupon.

Scamming up in there. I ordered a foot long sandwich and she turned the sandwich sideways ,which makes the sandwich much shorter and added the meat and rolled up the sandwich into a 6 inch sandwich. What a scheme!!!!

This shop is fine. THE WEBSITE IS RIDICULOUS. I spent over an hour trying to login, call for assistance and or email for help. NOTHING. For a national corporation, very poorly managed website.

Ordered 5 sandwiches. On 3 of them they added toppings that weren't asked for and didn't give the toppings that were asked for They also didn't give extra meat that was paid for. Didn't get much sauce at all on any sandwich. Horrible experience with this subway franchise every time I've been there. Owner isn't doing any quality control and the employees don't pay attention to the orders

Walked in 30 min.after they opened and the girl says "here to pick up?" After I said no she was very rude towards me. I asked for a turkey sandwich and what types of cheese do they have. She just points to a list and I chose Monterey. Then she blurts out "that costs extra" even though it wasn't noted. I got the worst sandwich ever. There was barely a slice of turkey. The bread was hard. The tomatoes tasted rotten. And the lettuce was brown. That meant the veggies were from the day before especially since they just opened. Nothing was FRESH! I'm never going back!! They need to get rid of her ASAP
