Today ( 12/03/2024) went with my parents and a friend at 9:30 am to have some breakfast. The young lady serving was absolutely rude, her face was a poem and was visibly annoyed while providing us service. Since there was tables at the location, I wanted to have my meal right there and I asked to use the bathroom since I needed to wash my hands so I could have my meal, she simply told me that there wasn’t any bathrooms in that location (which I think is odd because I could saw that there was a bathroom available but ok) The food wasn’t good either and I feel like I wasted my money.

We were so disappointed with our orders today. Lack of meat and veggies. And the roll snack they have is all tortilla. Subway sandwiches aren’t not the good anymore. It looks like just a bread and some pieces of meat and veggies. I hope it is just in this location (along Richmond Parkway). Also, customer service is extremely poor.

The SUBWAY is in the great location. The front of SUBWAY is gas station named by “ARCO.” The side store is “THE UPS STORE.” On the side on the corner there is “STARBUCKS.” On three left side of the store there is “KFC.” I am just not happy with the “FOOD” Subway is serving to the customers not clean!!

The restaurant was empty, the server severed me with less of the minimum food. I even mentioned to her. But yo avoid arguments I stop With the complaint. I just let her finish her service and it was very poor I was impressed of her stinging service. Very dissatisfied with serving I will never go there again.

Beware of this location. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. After ordering on the mobile app, the young woman at the cashier informed me that they are under new ownership and will not honor online purchases with bottled sodas. This extremely concerning as the app charges an additional fee along with their fountain machine being extremely filthy! When I asked for the manager, the cashier refused and also refused to provide me my receipt as she crumpled it up in her hand and kept it. She not only raised her voice but also refused to refund me. This interaction was so hostile another customer stepped in to offer to pay another additional fee for the beverage. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be visiting here anymore as there are 3 other subways less than a mile away!

Here’s my problem with this location. I noticed they are very stingy with tomatoes (no clue why). So I started putting extra tomatoes in my online order. Still barely any tomatoes. On my last order I put EXTRA tomatoes AND on the special instructions I asked nicely if I could make sure to get extra tomatoes. Still barely any tomatoes.I got THREE tomatoes for my WHOLE sandwich. I am not trying play a race card here,however I am a person of color and I stopped by this specific place two days on row to get a sub.Both days I went to the are by coincidence because of my job. Here's the thing, both days different individuals were working there and both days from the time I walked in to the door to where I approached the counter,where I made an order no greeting or nothing but staring at me with unwelcoming face as if some kind of ghost was walking in through the door. The first day was an Indian lady by herself and I let it go by assuming she probably under pressure from work but on the second day the same thing, This time there were two Spanish speaking individuals they were doing the same thing and I'm very offended. I may have different skin color but I went to the place like anyone else to buy the food by my money and of course to give them my business. It's very sad that we're in 21st century and yet people are judging you by color not by character.

The worst service ever.

Surprisingly good quality. I am very impressed by the taste and the portions. The meatball sub is the go-to for me. I would never pay full price for these, but a bogo is always worth it.

Parking: Parking here is horrible during lunch time. So many construction cars and amazon vans. Horribly designed parking lot.

Single handedly, my worst dining experience. Be advised that this is a long read.I placed a mobile order, when I arrived it had not been made. Instead, I was berated for coming in at all.They did not have any bread (????), their fountain machine was down, and they didn't have any cheese (????). They kindly offered to use Flatbread instead, but they would've had to take it out of the freezer (I think this was a translation error, but I wasn't willing to test that theory). Despite not having the resources to function, they remained open.I asked for a refund instead, to which they refused. I asked them to cancel the order so I could go to a different Subway, to which they refused. I asked if they would be willing to give me store credit, which they also refused.I asked for their store number, and they refused. I had to argue for them to hand over my receipt over the course of an hour. By the end of the hour, they threw me the whole stack of receipts they've accumulated over the day on the counter. After I obtained my receipt, they offered a mocking apology as I left.Although frustrated, I did not raise my voice or antagonize the staff at any point during this exchange. Thankfully, Subway Corporate was able to refund the order after 2 weeks. But that really doesn't make up for the wasted time or disrespect.

This one of the worsts subways i’ve been to. I ordered 4 sandwiches on the app and when I went to pick them up, they never started on my order even though it said it was ready. It gets better, the reason why they never started on any of my 4 sandwiches was because they ran out of bread. ALL TYPES OF BREAD. That’s why when I walked in I noticed a man get a burrito. They purchased tortillas from a store and were selling cold burritos. I don’t know if that’s even legal but they did it anyway.What I also didn’t like that isn’t an issue at this subway but all of subway company is you cannot cancel an order online. You must call or go to the store and give them your order number and they must do it.
