The manager is a horribly rude person. She was berating a senior citizen just because he wanted to order from the desk instead of the self service kiosk. Every question he had she answered aggressively, basically yelling at him. Horrible service.

We went inside and had to used the machine to order. I find this to be taking away from good friendly customer service. That is just how companies are saving money. Why pay a cashier? To add a human touch with a smile will help your profits more than a machine! The service was fast. It was less than five minutes for the girl to "toss" two bags on the counter and mumble my name. This explains why the food was barely warm. I have to laugh also when I order a Buritto. It is not an authentic buritto. Its 1/3 the size and 1/10 the quality for $9.99 really? If it wasnt for a friend in a hurry I never would have went. Taco bell quality and customer service has dropped drastically as prices have climbed ridiculously. I dont think I shall return again.

I went in and stood in line for like 10 minutes, waiting for someone to take my order, only to be told to order at the kiosk. I felt disrespected and left. Get rid of your registers if you're not going to take our orders and put a sign that says kiosk only. Otherwise, you come across as lazy.

This is a very good Taco Bell. The food is always hot and made when you order it. The staff is nice. There is seating inside where you order at a self service kiosk instead of at the counter, but I tend to do the drive thru.
Vegetarian options: The potato soft taco is one of my favorites. The bean and cheese burrito is also very good.
Kid-friendliness: There isn't a kids specific menu but all the food is kid friendly.

I did not eat inside, just passed by the drive through. I give a 5 star to everything because even after there was a decent like at the drive through, I got my food in less than 5 minutes. It was a pit stop.

This Taco Bell is always delicious. It's very clean, and well staffed-by friendly attentive people. The CHEESE-IT stuff is Soooo Good!!!
They gave me different items than what I ordered twice I a week, will be getting lunch from some other place from now on.Asking for unsweetened ice tea because you’re a diabetic, and getting sweet tea is concerning!

Well I very disappointed. First there is not any human contact when you order your food. You would need to do it at there “Ordering screen” by yourself. I personally didn’t feel comfortable ordering my food with their ordering screen. Because I Believe when you go to any fast food place, a worker should be behind a cashier and ready to take your order, not tell you to do it by yourself. What’s next if I want to come back I need to make my own damn food and pay for it.
