I love this taco bell! However, I hate how they make you order from the kiosk. While in there today, the manager was rude and disrespectful to Kim. She almost cried. Please take her in the back for that, not in front of customers. Don't belittle your employees. Especially a vet like Kim. Kim is really nice and didn’tdeserve that. I felt ashamed for her. I believe the manager(an Indian lady) needs more training on how to talk to people.

I come here semi. I regularly sold it.I don't want to give a terrible review, buddy.But i'm pretty disappointed today. I was craving the crispy potatoes before work. And arrived at the drive through around 7:57, knowing they don't open until 8. But the signs on the door said eight, the open light was on.And then drive through menu was on. They turned the menu light off at 7:59. I waited until 8:02 to say hello, are you open and there was no response. They have a camera, so they must see me. But chose not to communicate. And I may not have time to stop somewhere else before my shift. Last time I arrived early ( open sign was on) they told me they don't open until 8. The food has always been good and well assembled - iykyk.

I know it's not Mexican food but I like it and there is a drive thru. Had a terrible experience here where the staff lied to me and taunted me because I wanted my receipt. Returned after a few years and staff was awful AGAIN and food wasn't fully cooked/prepared. Corporate should fix, or shut down, this location.

Place is dirty. When we ask simple to wipe table girl show up with napkin which did not clean table at all and swop on me food leftover from the table. Wow.

I usually don't eat taco bell but every few years I crave the chicken soft tacos. It's a simple dish but I really enjoy their tacos. I ordered through the app and it was ready when I arrived and out the door I go.

I ordered Nachos Bella Grande with no sour cream, no beans...Taco was included & a Dr Pepper. I got my order..drove to a parking space to eat. Opened the bag, tasted ground beef mixture w/Pico de Gallo. It was salty. Tried to eat more but couldn't. Checked the taco which has sour cream on it. Had to take a fork to eat ground beef mixture w/o sour cream touching fork. Sour cream upsets my stomach. No sour cream on any of my food. Some of us, as customers cannot tolerate foods high in sodium/potassium levels because of dietary restrictions as we age. If meat mixture has salt in it, do not add more salt. Be careful when ordering...be sure you tell person on window no sour cream on any item.

I hardly attempt to eat Taco Bell food due to food presentation because the last time I went, me and my brothers ordered which are all different by the way looked like a 2 year old prepared it.
So we tried going again with my brothers and this time with parents to see if it’s different and depressingly I was right. Not just it looked like another two year old prepared the food, but the meat portion is awful. Grande meal? Let’s say their three soft tacos really equal one.
Well at least the restaurant is clean, might be because hardly no one eats there perhaps. With their high prices, might be worth eating at a hamburger fast food.
